Great location, walkable to town. We only used our car to do some grocery shopping here and there. The property was clean and had a great amount of starter items like toiletries and spices. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great location we parked in the driveway the day of arrival and walked to everything never got in the car until the day we left. House had full amenities and it was new. Jacuzzi was a nice treat after walking. Game room was fun. The area was quiet. We will be back

Host was horrible ! I actually don’t think there was a host . The amenities which is what sold me on the house ( cute back yard ) nothing worked . Couldn’t get cute lights to work. EVER Firepit didn’t work either . Was so looking forward to spending time out there . And The TVs didn’t work at all either . Just wanted to watch a football game. I love St. Augustine but would never stay at this house again . They need to hire a professional manager . AI doesn’t cut it when it comes to dealing with problems.

We had a fantastic stay! The place had everything we could possibly want for a great escape from the DC cold for Christmas. St. Augustine has so much to offer but we spent the time simply re-connecting as a family. Beds were comfy, yard gave my daughters a chance to read and sunbathe.The property is easily within walking distance to so many fun activities, yummy restaurants (check out Burrito Works) and a quick drive to the beach, supermarket, etc. Highly recommend and we would certainly revisit the next time we're considering a FL escape!!

We stayed for 4 nights in August whilst exploring St Augustine. The house was tastefully decorated and had loads of extras such as a games room and large hot tub. The house was comfortable and really close to the Old Town. Plenty of parking. Our only negative comment would be the neighbours. Lots of shouting one night and lots of prowling around another night.

Short walk to the Fort

We just needed a quick get away to visit our Son in St. Augustin. We wanted something around the area where the Fort was. This property was wonderful. It was everything that they claimed it to be. Great location and even better accommodations!

As described in the listing this is essentially a brand new home with plenty of space and amenities! It's a 5 minute walk to the center of town but away from all the crowds and noise! You'll have plenty of room and all the conveniences of home and it's a fantastic value when compared to the hotel options. The beds were very comfortable, the house clean and the game room, swim spa and privacy of your own backyard are a bonus.Even better, the hosts are attentive and responsive - we had a couple of very minor issues and they were addressed immediately. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Linconville Nook. Definitely a 5 star experience!

The house was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and infant). It was roomy and so comfortable. The game room spa corn hole was perfect for us when baby was napping so we could still enjoy adult time. The house is SO clean and very well decorated. Walking to downtown was super easy and quick too! The only tip would be to bring kitchen supplies- basically anything you’d need besides the pots and pans, including salt and pepper. That was the only downfall, but otherwise the house is 5 stars.

Thanksgiving Visit

Overall, the home met expectations. It was newer, nicely upfitted with a very convenient location to the historic areas of St Augustine. Be prepared for the rooster/chickens across the street that provided some ambiance and the issues that come from the center city/town location (i.e. tighter parking, air “ambiance”, interesting neighbors, etc) all expected for the location of the home. We had a great trip with our family and appreciated the comfortable home to return to after an active day/night.
