Great stay in St Augustine

We had an excellent stay Feb/Mar. Our grandchildren loved “the little blue house”!The Home was exactly as pictured and equipped as noted in the description and neighborhood was quiet. The yard was secure for the dog.qThere wasn’t much in walking distance but both city and beaches were a short drive away.

Cute Bungalo!

Inviting place to stay! Nice open floor plan, 3 spacious rooms, cute kitchen. Backyard is a nice size too. We enjoyed the property and would stay again. However, it could use more lighting (not just front porch), its very dark at night. We stayed for a weekend weddiing event. Although close to St. Augustine Historical District, it will take Uber or Lyft about 8 to 12 minutes to get to you so plan accordingly.

Business Short Stay

The team for this property very promptly attended to all our requests. My husband and I thought your bungalow was decorated so nice, you thought of every amenity for a comfortable stay.. if I were to be picky, I would suggest maybe a cute curtain on the kitchen door and maybe some kind of water purifier for your drinking water. Cost for our stay was reasonable, except the $200 charge for my two little yorkies.Hope this is helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your adorable bungalow.

Poor communicators / cleaners

We were so excited to start a vacation once again in Saint Augustine until we get there and could not get in or communicate with the property manager. And after walking around the property thank God there was a door that was left open. We quickly unloaded only to find out we had no Wi-Fi and could not go anywhere because we had no way to get back in the house. This caused us to cancel some plans that we had originally set up with friends. After struggling for a few hours, trying to get Wi-Fi and I finally decided to drive up to Verizon only to be told it was an issue with how many towers they had for the area. I was able to get Wi-Fi in the store and send a couple of messages to the property manager which I never got a response. I do have to say we did come in contact with verbal after 20 minutes of waiting on the phone. They helped us with the issue and we went on with our vacation. That same night we noticed dog hair on the bed and all over the floor. We had to sweep and clean up and then we were OK.

Wonderful

This place was right in the middle of the beach and St Augustine. Very comfortable beds and the decor was stunning!! The back yard was perfect for taking your pet as it was completely shaded and a cute table out back for a nice dinner or breakfast spot. I will be back again next year!! The neighbors were extra quiet never even knew they were around us. The front porch has four chairs with cushions and was just as shaded and perfect as the back yard. Me and the kids had an amazing time with only 5-10 min drive to get to anywhere we wanted to go. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Quick Birthday Trip

The property is just as described in the listing. The accommodations were great for my party of 4. The location of the property is very close to downtown St. Augustine. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. If in the area again, I will definitely book this home.

Great place to stay!

Just stayed here this weekend and the place matches the pictures perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need. The owners were great about communication and it had a very resort feel. The only downside were the roosters in the neighborhood sounding off all day and night. Made it hard to sleep in, but my group still has a great time!

The house was nice. You need to have your own streaming service to watch tv...no cable. We spent most of our time at the beach . My wife felt fine walking our dog during the day but not at night due to a couple questionable streets near by.

Five Star, Flawless Stay in this Cute, Comfortable Oasis

The interior of this property is beautifully decorated and spacious. The fenced yard, plenty of sleeping room including a king bed, pet friendly and free HBOmax made everyone in our group happy. Thanks Danny and Andrea, we highly recommend.
