Very nice property with plenty of parking which is at a premium in STA. Plenty of space for all. Our only suggestion is to improve lighting in the dining room.

50th getaway

The house was stocked with everything you would ever need, from games, great coffee and everything you would need to create a culinary delight. In walking distance of everything, on a quiet dead end street on the water. The communication was a bit cumbersom as the renting company would send links in the app that had been copied and pasted, and not in a format of a usable link. We had to recieve 3 different codes at check in before they found 1 that would work.noas

An excellent place to meet-up

5 family couples drove from SC, NC, and Miami, & flew in from Denver for a family reunion and birthday party. The location is top-notch and the house is very well equipped. Everything is as described. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property at a great location. 3 blocks to San Marcos National Park Service, 10 minute walk to downtown, & 5 minute walk to historic district. Rooms & kitchen were great & stocked with essentials.

Dream Spot for Our Family

We have stayed in VRBO homes for 20+ times as a family. This was one of very favorites yet and definitely the most welcoming with snacks, robes and many activities provided. The dock across the street on the Matanzas River was our favorite gathering place. We fished, crabbed, swam, snacked and gazed at the glorious beauty of this property. We spent a long Mother's Day weekend here and loved every minute. The lovely 100+ year old house is beyond charming, in great repair and extremely well equipped. The beds and bathrooms were perfect for us. We will treasure the memories we made there and hope to return soon.

Amazing Property!

We stayed for a week with two families. Great location- quiet but close to all the activity downtown. Kitchen was amazing- we did not need for anything. We most enjoyed the dock and water sports and views. Loved the little island and beach we could paddle to. We will definitely be coming back again when it is warmer! Thank you!

Wonderful!!!!

My mom, two sisters, and I chose this home for our annual "girls trip". We all loved the home!!!! It was very clean, and a great walking distance to the shops, and restaurants! We loved having the beautiful ocean view from the front patio for our coffee & wine. The property manager was excellent & went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Would book again in a heart beat. Thanks so much!!!!

Nice house, poor management

Property manager gave us wrong code and we ended up standing outside in the pouring rain waiting for him to reply. Then when we got in the house we tried calling the number listed in the book and it was the old property manager. The book inside the house has not been updated with correct information. And the day after we checked out I sent him a message about something my son left in the house and he never replied back. The house itself was nice but the management needs work.

Beautiful House - Beautiful Location

Very nice home. Well-maintained, very spacious, well-equipped and lovely decor. Situated in a beautiful neighborhood with impressive views (loved having coffee on the front porch and watching the boats and wildlife). Love the shuffle game on the side porch, and such a unique area in the back outside. Also nice to have a driveway to park off street. Host was very responsive and helpful.. Highly recommend.

51 st Wedding Anniversary Trip

We had parents and kids in bunk bed rooms and youngest son in double rm. 1 grandson on sofa and our daughter brought her blow up matteres in master rm. We played games in evening, went to beach, shopped a little, played putt putt. WE HAD BREAKFAST IN, MADE LUNCH BUT OUT FOR DINNER. We really enjoyed the area. Could not reach property manager so we were waiting at house when someone finally have us the code to get in the house. Our son sat on rocking chair and he nearly got hurt when it broke. We had 1 glass break while grandaughter was filling it with water. We had a wonderful expierence other than not being able to reach Rachel and the rocking chair.

AMAZING HOUSE

This house is by far the best we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was the most equipped kitchen ever. We came to St. Augustine for my son's wedding and this house was ideal. We even had the photographer come and take pictures of the guys getting ready. It really was the perfect house for us. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property.

60th Birthday girls weekend

This house was a great house to celebrate our girlfriend’s birthday weekend. We were nine 55 and 60 something women enjoying a beautiful home, beautiful view and a beautiful city. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and close enough to town to walk everywhere. A good was had by everybody!
