For starters, the condo was very nice and clean. I had a question when i got there and the owner replied immediately. This condo is super conveniently located to the historic district and many restaurants. The grocery store is about 2 minutes away. And of course the beach is literally steps away. Its a beautiful beach just to walk and shell collect. I would stay here again!

Property said beachfront..it was NOT! Bed sheets were dirty, so had to wash them before using.Condo smelled musty, had to buy a candle to burn.Floors were dirty, had to sweep and mop them.Was not a good experience or stay! Will not use Vrbo to book a vacation ever again!

Wonderful condo and location!

Very clean, amazing location (walk to beach and many restaurants), lovely pool and a safe condo complex! My family had a wonderful, relaxing vacation here. The host was very responsive and accommodating as well!

Great Stay

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Extremely close to beach and easy access on and off the private boardwalk. Lots of options to eat around strip where the property is located. The property was clean and cozy. Easy pool access and having the hot tub was great as well.

St Augustine Beach Comfo

Overall, condo met our needs. Condo needs to be updated. Fans and overhead lights need to be added. There were no instructions left in the condo and the guards in the front were not helpful at all in regards to beach access code. Emails need to be sent to renter with all updated info right before the scheduled trip.

Memorial Day Weekend

Our stay at this property was lovely. The neighborhood is beautiful, clean, quiet, and welcoming. We loved our easy access to the beach and my son loved playing in the pool. The only negative aspect about this property is that it is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. If a guest has mobility issues then this is simply not the right property for them. The owner did clarify this prior to our arrival in the apartment advertisement. Getting our luggage up on the first day was a bit of a struggle, but once it was done we were free to enjoy the rest of our stay in peace. For this reason we give this property a 9/10 review.

When we checked in at the gate, they had the wrong name listed for us. Luckily, we had the emails showing we had booked it. After that, everything was great. The host was fantastic and very attentive. She returned any texts quickly and took care of issues immediately. I was very impressed with how clean and well equipped the condo was. Bath soap, shower gel, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc. were already there. The furniture - including the beds - was comfortable. The chairs for the beach were very nice and much appreciated. The beach there is great.

Didn’t let us know that there was no elevator for a condo on the three floor. Read that I was to pick up my parking pass at the entrance. No pass ready for us. Had to go online and pay money to get a parking pass.. Tolet broke and was ask to fix it myself. Old furniture and everything needs upgrading

Everything good but no elevator access

Condo was well kept with some minor usage issues. Very close to pool. About two block walk to beach but within property. Grounds were impeccably kept. No alcoholic beverages at beach or pool which was both good and bad. Kept everything PG but would have preferred less restrictions for a beverage. No elevator to third floor condo was a huge setback. Again… NO ELEVATOR. Those with physical limitations will find it very difficult to access condo.

Summer getaway

There was a light dusting of sand on the floors and a musty smell as if it had not been used in a while. Just left doors and windows open for a while and it smelled fresher. Great location.

Overall pretty good. Coffee maker was all moldy when we arrived. Old coffee grounds left in coffee maker and everything was moldy - had to be flushed with vinegar several times to get rid of mold taste. Toaster was difficult to operate as toast would not stay down - sometimes had to do it 20 or more times before it would stay down and toast.Should be replaced. Everything else was fine.
