Could Be So Much Better

There should be more information on the use of the digital lock to enter the condo. The living room sofa is very uncomfortable and due to be replaced. The chairs are absolutely worthless for a rental and would be better suited for a foyer or a room that you didn't plan on using them to watch TV.The unit needs some TLC from painting, to caulk, dirty windows, dining table is sticky and the finish needs to be redone. The under cabinet lighting in the kitchen does not work nor did the garbage disposal.Don't plan on sleeping in because the people above you get up a little after 6 every day and the floor squeaks and you can hear all of their footsteps. As a final comment we would not stay there again and the neighborhood is seedy at best.

Relaxing Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were the best! The beach is very close, so we made our coffee and walked over to watch the sunrise. Thank you, Lauren. We hope to visit again in the Spring.

Wonderful Weekend Spot

The condo decor is really nice, it's clean, and in the perfect location. Close to the beach, great restaurants and tourist sites. I would recommend this place and would certainly stay here again.

Exceptional Getaway

This property was exceptionally clean, cold, and convenient. Having access to all that St. Augustine has to offer, this property is a fabulous way to rewind and relax. Communication with the property management was seamless and fast. Check-in and check-out was super user friendly and very easy to follow. Parking was no problem at all and the area was very quiet. I will be booking this property again!

Florida Vacation

It was absolutely perfect! We went down for a week. There were 6 of us. We all loved our stay. It was within walking distance of the beach and a great neighborhood. I’m already planning for another stay next year!

Great spot!

Good location to beach, restaurants, and park with pickleball courts. Wish there had been a nicer outdoor seating area with a grill at our building. Disappointed new microwave did not arrive during our stay.

CLEAN & CONVENIENT

Good location to beach and related businesses and restaurants. Had trouble finding place at night -- need better lighting of address number. Roku TV and internet were great. Place was clean throughout. Minor damage and water stains need repair in guest bathroom. Tub/shower handle and towel rack in master bathroom broken -- needs repair. Very sticky top on dining room table despite cleaning numerous times. Contact with property manager only available by messaging -- need phone access as well.

Location is everything

Family of 4 with two kids under the age of 4 this condo proved to be a great option for us. The condo is a short walk from the beach which was great for getting our family to and from the beach easily. The area was quiet and has access to a nice pool that we enjoyed aswell. The condo was staged well and provided useful amenities to make the stay easy. Overall it was a pleasant stay and were very happy with our stay.

Family Getaway/Wedding

We stayed here a little under a week to extend a long weekend for a family wedding at the beach. We are so glad we found this condo! Much more affordable, and arguably more comfortable than the fancy hotel we attended the wedding at. It had everything we needed, and it felt so well thought-out. Very clean. Close to lots of good food/drinks and beaches. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Excellent location

The unit had everything we needed for our family of 4 with a 4 year old and 16 year old. Within Walking/bike distance to the beach and restaurants. Very short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Lauren was very responsive. We had a great time!

Nice Condo!

It's was a perfect place away from home. We liked how close the beach was, that we could walk there. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
