Things were basically as advertised. The bathroom could have been a little nicer but it was ok. It smelled a little musty and the coffee pot was not in good shape.

The condo was just as nice as it looked on the listing. The view of the ocean was great! Our favorite thing was the 2 rocker/recliners in the living room ,it made for a very relaxing evening. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal, the beds and bathrooms were very nice. The place was clean and perfect for our vacation! We will be back! The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, I highly recommend!

Great Stay

This was our 3rd time staying in this unit. Always a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. We love the view from the large balcony of the pools, ocean and landscaped grounds. My family and I love this place!!

Great location

Location was great, wonderful view and access to beach/ocean from lanai and condo. Son loved the pools, they were very clean and not busy. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Fairly close to attractions and restaurants. Had to call about initially getting into condo, but got immediate response from owner. Could have been cleaner, seemed dusty and bathroom countertops needed additional wipe down on arrival, coffee pot could be replaced.

Fantastic stay with a very responsive property manager

We arrived just days after a hurricane had blown through town and got great communication throughout the process while contemplating cancelling. I'm so glad we didn't though, because it was a great trip and a great place to stay! There was a slight hiccup where the parking lot had been flooded, but Jessica arranged for us to park at a neighbouring property that was just as convenient. The property itself was great for a family, as my kids had their own space and we had ours. It was close enough to the beach that you could pop down for 10 mins then go do something else. And the location was good - two large grocery stores within 5 minutes and only a 15 minute drive into St. Augustine when the day wasn't as beach friendly. I'd had loved to stay for longer and hope that I'll be able to again in the future.

Great Stay

We have stayed at this same condo for a second time. It is very clean. The couch and 2 recliners are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Large balcony is a plus with great views of both pools and the ocean. Had a fantastic time at this property again.

Condo needs major updates

Pros-living room furniture nice, water pressure good for 4th floor, washer/dryer good , tv was good,electronic lock on the door was nice Cons-ice maker did not work, master bedroom uncomfortable bed and old, bathroom very dated, found inappropriate items in bedside table, guest bedroom had no storage, bed had plastic mattress cover and very uncomfortable, walls were covered with material in guest bathroom, vertical blinds were broken in master and living room blocking view of ocean , linens need to be replaced

Close To The Beach

Jessica was great! Was quick to reply to our questions. The unit was very nice. Comfortable bed. Balcony was spacious. View was wonderful. Easy getting all our luggage in and out - they provided carts and luggage trolleys. Everything was perfect, really enjoyed our stay!
