Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff
- This 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus is a great spot to enjoy the ocean view. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, ceiling fan and a 40" flat screen TV. This condo is tiled throughout and has extra drawer space. The kitchen is fully equipped and is situated so that you can enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. Mirrored walls provide extra reflections of the ocean waves. There is a 4 burner stove with oven and all the standard kitchen amenities. The bathroom was remodeled with a newer tub with grab bar. There is a new plush King Sized Serta mattress and 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Tile and a ceiling fan and horizontal blinds make this room extra comfortable. This could be the perfect beach condo for your next stay. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Outstanding view, great accommodations, quick response to issues, super housekeeping. Wonderful firm walking beach, it’s dog friendly but clean and no barking. When it’s windy the pool offers a sheltered sunning location but sitting on the beach is fabulous.

Our most recent visit to Beachers Lodge was feat. Our unit was clean, well equipped , and quiet, but for the soothing rhythm of the pounding serf. I took advantage, for the first time, of watching a middle of the night launch of a SpaceX satellite from Cape Canaveral, standing on the walkway to the beach.

Yes, elevator was out on one side, (my side) ☹️but that wasn’t your fault! The condo was wonderful except for the mattress! It was verylumpy and sagged. The couch was also not toocomfortable. Was very low to the floor. I have always enjoyed staying here and will continue in the future! 😊to stay here in the future though

We enjoyed our return to Beacher's Lodge for the chance to recharge on our 30th anniversary. We only wish we would have had more time to stay longer. The only detracting issue was the North elevator being inoperative during our stay.

Relaxed as always, unfortunate that one of the workers got stuck in the elevator but the fire department was able to get him out, and of course it broke on a Friday so repair parts wouldn't be in till Monday but we made due with the south elevator.

This is a great location - nice view! - and the front desk and partial maid service is a huge plus. This unit is not brand new and shows its age a bit, but is clean and apportioned well. PS. Please replace the toaster - it is not working well. PPS. All else is just great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beacher's Lodge. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly, helpful member of staff in the reception building. Our apartment was clean and well maintained. The complex was lovely, with a nice laid back, friendly feel. There were a lot of people staying there but it was never noisy. It was fabulous to walk on the beach every day, with easy access from the complex. The pool area looked nice, but we didn't use it. Particularly liked the fact that there are designated smoking areas and this seemed to be adhered to by guests as we didn't smell any smoke coming from other balconies, as is often the case. Also liked the fact that dogs have to be kept on a leash on the beach and the beach is well patrolled. There is a lot to do in the general area but we were happy to just relax at the resort for the 5 days we were there. The Pizza place opposite the complex is highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again if we visit this area.

We recently retired and spent 34 days at Beachers Lodge. The condo was clean, the shower was great, and the bed was comfortable....all very important to us. The view from the balcony was fantastic! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were impressed that they seemed to always be cleaning the common areas. Weekly housekeeping also did a great job. We loved the beach and surrounding areas. So much hiking and nature to explore!! We already booked 2025 and and cant wait to get back!
