A NICE SPOT FOR THE WEEKEND

The studio condo was clean and nicely decorated with a small kitchen.The stove has two burners, plenty of pots, pans, utensils for your need. The balcony faces the bay nice for Morning coffee sunrise. We arrived about 5-6 o'clock and had trouble entering the condo. The key pad did not accept the code. I called Scott using the VRBO app and he returned the call immediately. He gave us the new code and stayed on the phone until we were able to enter, really appreciate that. Upon entering there is a info sheet with wifi pw and other info, it's a little out dated with info, and the internet is eagle landing not what is on the info paper, the pw is correct but not the internet name on the paper, but overall a great stay, will definitely do it again thank you Scott a nice spot.

Not what we expected

The property was pretty dated. Rust stains in the bathtub. Cigarette ashes on the chairs on the balcony. It was just too small for my husband, 2 year old, and myself. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very friendly. We ended up leaving and staying at a different beach/hotel.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The condo was clean with such a great view of the beach! The staff here were so nice and answered any questions we had. 10/10 Recommended!! We will be back for another beach vacation in the future!! The only thing I could “complain” about it the tub and the bedroom TV. The drain was clogged in the bathtub but honestly no biggie and the TV in the bedroom wasn’t working properly but that could’ve been a user error! Perfect condo for a couple!!! Thank you!!

Location, location, location!!!

If you want to see the ocean your entire visit at an affordable rate, this is the place for you!!! We loved the location, the privacy, and the quietness! We will be back!!! There was one issue with housekeeping, but it was addressed right away!

Wonderful getaway

We loved our short stay at the condo. It was clean and had a fantastic view from the balcony. The mattress could probably use to be replaced but it was a great experience and we plan to return.

Things needing attention

The main issues that need attention are 1. The couch is nasty looking and worn. The sleeper in it is awful and should not be advertised as a bed. The whole thing needs replacing. 2. While looking for outlets to charge phones, we found two that were exposing wires and the covers not secure. One also looked like it had smut or soot on it. Those need electrical attention. Thank you.

Checking out the east coast for next winter.

The condo was adorable and as shown. Had everything we needed. Didn't have to leave the grounds for 4 days after getting groceries. I am very grateful they didn't allow pets in this condo. Many other condos allow dogs of all sizes so be aware there will be many dogs on the beach and on many of the balconies.

Great

We had a great stay. Condo is very clean, bed is comfortable and the towels are plush. Great views from the balcony even on cold and windy days. Great, safe area close to great restaurants, tourist attractions and of course it’s on the beach.
