  • This 4th floor Balcony Suite is the closest to the beach access and pool area without being "at the pool." The view from this 4th floor condo is amazing. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a recliner in the living room where you can view the 32" flat screen TV. Wall mirrors provide extra views of the ocean. There is a quaint table for two and an upgraded full kitchen including stove top and oven. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub with grab bar. The cucumber cool bedroom is tiled and has the queen bed and a 26" flat screen TV. This condo is close to the elevator and stairs. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.
    Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

We absolutely loved our stay! The location in the building and area was perfect! The unit had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and the view of the sunrise was stunning from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Great property and place to stay. We had everything we needed for a good couple nights. Only recommendation would be to update the TVs to smart TVs. Very clean.

Just what we needed

While the room itself was a bit small, it was the perfect place to stay for access to the hidden gem that is Crescent Beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was so friendly. I loved that housekeeping stopped by daily to see if you needed towels or other items. The view was amazing. Sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee, walking on the beach. The condo was comfortable. If I had to critique something it would be the bedroom window. It felt like there was no insulation, you could hear everything as if the window was open. Overall we loved it and would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with others.

Great Mini Vacation

We will definately go back as this was a clean great experience. Quiet get away and close enough to St. Augustine to see all the sights.

June 24-27 2026. This 4th floor end unit was nice, clean, and had a wonderful view. The beginning communication was a bit different than our other VRBO communications yet once we started dealing directly with the lodge staff it went smooth as silk. The balcony was very nice. The walk to the beach wasn't bad. Be sure to note the low & high tides noted on the board by the pool prior to setting up your chairs etc. As for the bed -we did find it very very soft -may need to rotate the mattress or replace it. The couch cushions are thin so you just have to be sure they are pulled a bit over the edge to be comfortable. We had no issues with the window in the bedroom and any noise. The AC units did very well -it was an extreme heat weekend so very nice to have one in the bedroom and in the front room. We feel this unit met our expectations. On a nature note, we loved watching the gopher turtles and rabbits from the balcony. We also had the typical afternoon shower yet one storm was awesome rolling out to the Ocean.

Bed was terrible!!! Back ache every night! Heating system irregular, one lamp didn’t work, we fixed it! Pans in kitchen were nasty! View was great! Housekeepers were very accommodating !

Great choice

Great view, interior warmly decorated, well stocked kitchen- very clean. Only two changes- Mattress and topper so thick- bottom sheet falls off… and only 13 basic channels, DVD player not connected properly, even maintenance guy couldn’t fix it…

Our stay

Overall our stay was very pleasant and the view was perfect! The bathroom is very small but other than that we enjoyed it. One other suggestion would be to add another high top chair on the patio. With the shorter chairs your eye level is right at the railing which affects the view. Would stay again!

Clean Throwback To An Older Florida

The staff was great, super friendly, our little room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. Our dog’s fun and comfort is very important to us, she enjoyed an early walk with the beach mostly to ourselves before people started arriving.
