Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

  • This charming 2nd floor balcony suite will have you ready to enjoy your time at the beach. This condo was creatively put together. The full kitchen includes a stove with oven and large refrigerator. The living room is set up so you can enjoy the ocean, pool or Flat Screen TV view from the queen sleeper sofa (new as of April 2019). Track lighting gives plenty of options for ambiance. This is the closest balcony suite to the beach access, leave from your room and you'll be on the beach in minutes. The bathroom has an elegant tone and has a newer tub and fixtures. The queen bed in the bedroom is comfortable and the laminate flooring throughout allows for easy clean up. A flat screen TV gives the option to watch something else in the bedroom if you so desire. A new queen pillowtop symbol mattress (as of April 2019) makes for a good night's sleep. If you want your entire family along for a beachside trip, this is the unit for you. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

This entire property has been totally renovated and it is gorgeous. The condo I stayed in was clean and very comfortable. Loved the view from my balcony and the easy access to the beach. Definitely plan to stay here again. And again!

The view from out room was okay. The location isn’t the best as the walkway to/from the beach is looking directly into your room as is the pool. The pictures online did show this but I didn’t realize until I had the curtains open that it would be a problem.

Ideal Stay for three nights

Our trip was for three days and we enjoyed our stay very much. The description of the property was to the tee. If we are back in the area, we will probably stay there again.

Beach condo

We had one of the nicest weekends ever. The condo was clean, efficient and was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. I do think the mattress and pillows need to be ungraded. Other than that, it was a great find and value. We may book again in the fall.

The kitchenette made for convenient lunch preps and then dining out in the evenings. The location is very nice and the beach is beautiful. Great place to stay on the outskirt of St. Augustine. Great value as this is affordable and exceptional all at the same time.

The view was perfect and the bed was wonderful but the TV reception was bad with a few stations. The coffee maker wasn’t working right and the coffee very weak. The remote control was sticky, needs to be replaced.

Our particular unit was pretty well-worn and tired. All in all, for the time we spent there, it was just ok. I would not want to vacation in that particular unit. I'm sure there are others more well kept.

Only one washer and dryer in the entire condo but right outside this unit. Low water pressure the pool was huge but closed very early and few lawn chairs. I did love the pillows

Good value

Overall nice little place to stay. Unfortunate that the pool closes at dusk. Kids were bummed about that. Unit was pretty clean. The bathtub does have some spots around the bottom caulking that kinda looks like mold? It could just be where paint is wearing off and it was a greenish before... didnt get close enough to inspect it, but its in multiple places. Unit is tight quarters. Screen to balcony is off track kinda rusty, hard to get closed. Nobody in my family could use it, I was the only one able to get it to move. It is definitely a good value compared to other properties around and we would stay again. Interactions with all staff was pleasant. Thank you!!

Reviewer Comments: The bed was hard and the AC made loud noises...but it was cool during the July months, so it worked! We didn’t have extra blankets the first nights but we got them the next day. The TV wouldn’t play something very long, it just would blink and say it was not connected to the WiFi network. The place was clean and they did daily turn downs. Booking online and getting checked in was very easy as well.
