BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin beds and dresser

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with drip coffee maker, fridge, stove, over, microwave, pots/pants set, plates, bowls, and more!

LAUNDRY ROOM: Spacious laundry area with washer and dryer

BATHROOM: Second full bathroom with claw tub and shower combo

OUTDOORS: 2 outdoor dining areas, BBQ grill, firepit, and upper deck sitting area perfect for taking in the beautiful Florida sun



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire 2 bedroom home, fenced in outdoor area, upper deck, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking with one designated off-street parking spot, and complimentary coffee for the first morning.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY:

We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)



GUEST PROTECTION PROGRAM: To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete a few simple steps prior to arrival:



1. Complete a quick guest verification.

2. Review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement.

3. Choose one of the following protection options:



*Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.

*Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.



We'll send you a secure guest portal link before your arrival to complete these quick steps. It only takes a few minutes and helps create a smoother, worry-free experience for everyone.
