The views were amazing and exactly as described. Check-in was super easy, parking was convenient, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was a quick stay for us, but we would absolutely book again and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Linda had the fastest response times of anyone we’ve ever stayed with and was extremely helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Wonderful property

Everything was exactly as stated in the listing, it was a very peaceful location yet very close to downtown, restaurants, activities, etc… Linda was very quick to respond to any questions I had. It was very clean and we hope to return for a longer stay soon!

Simply Perfect

Everything about our stay at this beach house was wonderful. The views are stunning, and the beach is easily accessible. So many small details in this house make it feel like a home. There are great restaurants within walking distance, yet the property is so incredibly tranquil and secluded.

Perfect get-away!

We loved our visit! Short morning walk to delicious Kookaburra coffee and enjoyed it listening to the waves as we enjoyed it on the porch of cottage 2. Everything was lovely - super clean and can’t beat the location…beachside living and just 15 min from downtown sites. Great host - easy check-in/out and sent awesome suggestions for dining and exploring.

Perfect house and location

Girls trip to visit St. Augustine for the holidays. House was the perfect spot. Close enough to the action but a quiet respite from all the hubbub when the day was through. House had everything you would need and WA’s immaculately maintained. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back

The house was really great! I stayed there with my 3 kids teen and younger. The loved that we were so close to the beach! What was great was there were plenty of towels and beach towels!!! Usually I'm scrambling to do laundry for multiple trips to the beach. The beach is amazing, very flat and my kids were able to do some decent boogie boarding. The outdoor heated shower was definitely a plus! We will definitely be staying again!

Great house Great ocean view

We loved Cottage 2! It is clean, beautiful, spacious two stories, and has a great balcony for a fantastic ocean view! There is easy access to the beach at the end of the parking lot. Linda is a wonderful communicator and so very nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location equipped with everything you need

We booked this place along with the larger cottage next door for a family trip for my mother's birthday. Everyone absolutely loved Linda's cottages! The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed. The beach towels and chairs were very appreciated. It's nice not to have to travel with bulky beach items. You can't beat the location. There are tons of good restaurants within walking distance, the historic district is just a short drive away, and we were steps away from the beach. Linda is a great host. She really knows how to make you feel comfortable and she gave tons of great suggestions for restaurants and activities. I would absolutely recommend this cottage and will stay here again the next time we are in St. Augustine!

Lovely Cottage!

Beautiful cottage with gorgeous views. The home was clean, open and airy. 10 minute drive to all the attractions of downtown St. Augustine and it was also a one minute walk to the beach, which was a fantastic. Thank you!

Awesome Stay

The house is perfect for our client event. We fly groups in through the TPC tournament spend the evening and then flight them out the next evening. Every single person is highly complimentary of the house, location, and especially of the awesome view. Great host, our second time renting cottages 1 & 2. Perfect event.

Sunny Cottage

After driving 1200 miles, it was wonderful to land at Linda’s comfortable and clean cottage. We enjoyed sunrises and morning coffee on the porch each day. The beach boardwalk was just footsteps away and we enjoyed daily walks in the surf. The location was convenient to several great restaurants, several within walking distance. On a warm evening we enjoyed the ambience of the charming back patio complete with string lights. Linda has put great thought into creating a comfortable vacation setting for her guests. Thank you!
