Absolutely stunning beach house! Our stay was pure bliss from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the pristine sandy beach. The house itself is beautifully designed, with spacious living areas and many windows that provide breathtaking ocean views. The highlight for us was the hot tub and pool area. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing under the stars, while the pool offered a refreshing escape during the day. Both were impeccably maintained and added so much luxury to our stay. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully-equipped kitchens to the cozy bedrooms. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which made the space feel like a true home away from home. Overall, this beach house is a slice of paradise. Whether you’re looking to unwind or have fun, it has everything you need. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Wonderful house, great location. I loved being able to see the ocean from the upper porch. Walking to the beach was easy and we enjoyed a nearly empty beach every time we went. Also loved having a pool on property. Downtown St. Augustine is an easy drive. Great communication with host. Would love to stay here again! Very relaxing, comfortable stay.

Great Location and House!

Two separate kitchens with separate living quarters made for an enjoyable stay. The outside area with pool and chairs was well set up for the kids to enjoy. Great Location !David and Patti were very prompt in answering all questions. Hope to stay again!

Family Vacation 2025

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home for a week. There was plenty of room and I loved that both levels had a kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of beds for everyone. The outdoor space is amazing and the kids loved the pool and beach access. David was so nice and very responsive. The check in process was easy. I highly recommend this property!

4 generations

We took a 4 generation family trip to this beach house and we all had so much fun. The kids 8,5 & 3 had a blast. They loved the beach and the pool. We cooked breakfast daily and had supper there 50% of the time. The sleeping arrangements were great as were the bathrooms and the laundry facility’s. I would rent this house again with no second thoughts at all.

The arrangement of this house worked perfectly for our family. With two separate living areas, there was a place for adults to gather and a separate place for children to play. The pool is very nice, and the beach access is close by.

Kick off to Spring Break

we booked the home for Friday-Sunday. Checked in Friday at 4pm and found the beach access walk path right away- was very close by. the home is segmented perfectly if you have teenagers staying because the top level has all the amenities as the bottom, basically a 2nd house. There is a full kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and a living area up there. The pool area in the back yard was great, we used the hot tub more than the pool as it was still a little chilly during our stay. If you need a grocery store, the Publix closest to us was about a 20 minute drive, as the other one 3 miles way was "temporarily closed" so that was a bummer. Other than that, everything was great! We were supplied with a starter selection of dish washer soap and washing machine pods, which was all we needed for the weekend stay. We plan to keep this property in our favorites to visit again.

Our young family of six loved the property. It's the perfect calm we were looking for with the business of traveling on the road. Very clean and a beautiful home experience. Quiet Neighborhood close to Ocean and activities

This was a nice location for us, walking distance to Butler Beach and near local attractions. Spent time birding, dining, walking on beach and collecting seashells. The house was way more than we needed but was available at an attractive price. Excellent wi-fi, comfortable beds, quiet location, well stocked kitchen(s). Had a pool and jacuzzi although we never used them. House was a little dated but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

This was a great place that worked well for our group of family and friends! Close to the beach and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing stay. Very impressed with the great communication from the hosts - they were so quick to respond, so polite and friendly - made the whole check in/out process and operating hot tub/pool very easy! I've never had this great of communication from hosts! Will definitely return if available!
