We had a wonderful time and Elle was very accommodating. She was quick to respond and very helpful. The condo is fabulous and we enjoyed our time in old town St Augustine as well as relaxing on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a girls trip to Vilano Beach. We had no complaints at all. The condo was clean, beautiful and spacious. We have stayed in many condos over the years and I have to say this condo had more extras than we have ever experienced. Specialty soaps, beach towels, beach chairs, a small library and more. We highly recommend this unit!

We fell in love with this unit!!!! The view and beach were wonderful and it feels like a private beach all to yourself! Ellie is a fabulous hostess!!! She provides everything you need for your stay and I mean everything!!!!! She is amazing! The unit is large and spacious, well equipped and very lovely and comfortable...I could go on and on....we had a great week and are coming back next year!!!

This was our second time staying at this condo. The location can’t be beat! While on the beach, you can look to the left and right and see crowded beach, but the beach in front of the condo and townhouses next door remains clear. The condo itself is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you may need on your stay. Communication with Ellie was always easy and quick. We’ve already booked our vacation here for next year. We can’t wait!

Lovely oceanside condo

Lovely, well maintained, ground floor condo. Had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend getaway. As first time visitors to St. Augustine, we appreciated it's convenient location close the historic sites we visited. Bright, light and comfortable furnishings made this the perfect relaxing place to stay on the beach. We even spotted dolphins making their way down the beach a couple times!!

Ideal place to stay

This was my 3rd stay at Seacrest 101. It is a beautiful condo in an uncrowded area directly on Vilano Beach. Immaculate and well equipped, we were very comfortable. Ellie is a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive to our questions and needs. You cant go wrong by staying here.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Stunning oceanfront property in an unbeatable location! We loved being right on the water, and our host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The condo itself is spotless, spacious, and fully stocked for beach days — it truly felt like a home away from home.One of the highlights was the private patio with its peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking ocean views. We especially enjoyed walking into town along the beach — the rooftop bar at the Hyatt was a nice surprise! Publix is conveniently within walking distance, and historic St. Augustine is just a couple of miles away, offering charming shops, excellent restaurants, and scenic harbor views. We will derfinitely be back to stay at this beautiful condo.

Excellent property with a great location

The property was awesome with everything provided to have an excellent stay at the beach. The location is quiet however it is in walking distance to a grocery store or short drive to downtown. I highly recommend this rental property for a trip to combine a beach vacation with visiting the historic sites of St. Augustine.

Beautiful Ocean View

Beautiful ocean view with every amenity you can think of for a perfect trip. Great location, beautiful beach, great views and ocean sound.Publix is so close and makes for an easy trip for the essentials. Great kitchen stocked with lots of items to make cooking in easy! Wonderful communication and all the things needed for the beach included. Ellie is amazing and makes it a very special experience. We look forward to the summer trip back to this beautiful spot of paradise!

Holiday Season Visit on Vilano Beach

A great time all around. The condo on Vilano Beach is well appointed, clean and located directly on Vilano Beach and within a few minutes drive to Old Town St Augustine, the fort, restaurants, Publix and shops. It’s very peaceful and quiet, just a short walk down the the walkway over sand dunes to the beach which was very inviting and not crowded. The city was decorated for the holidays with festive lights. We visited several local restaurants and participated in the annual Christmas Parade. Sunrises, walks along the beach and sunsets were amazing. We have stayed at this condo several times, never had an issue and the owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly Recommended!

We have rented many homes, but this condo is the best of all. A real home feeling and has everything that you need for your stay. You can see the ocean from the living room. Ellie is very helpful and answers all your questions. We love this place.

Amazing

This condo was stunning! Had all the things we needed to enjoy our Thanksgiving break with our daughter and dog! Will be back! Not far from downtown and easy to grab an Uber from there to not mess with downtown parking.
