    The Space:

    THE SKINNY: The perfect retreat for your relaxing vacation, this home offers an escape just outside of the heart of Downtown St. Augustine. It's location makes for an easy venture by foot, bike or car into the city. Rent our state of the art street-legal electric GOLF CART (please inquire for nightly rate) to zip around town or to the beach with ease, avoiding having to drive your car at all! The space boasts a wood burning fire pit, charcoal grill, books, and yoga mats. Take your coffee to the front or back porch to enjoy the outdoors. With a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, kayaking, and exploring at the nearby beaches and parks, this home promises a peaceful, yet adventurous stay. A stone's throw from the Lighthouse, and walkable to the Alligator Farm and The Amp (local concert venue), It’s ideal for families or friends looking for a quiet getaway, while still being close to the vibrant history and culture of Historic Downtown St. Augustine.



    THE SPACE: The living room has a large sofa to accommodate all of your guests. The fully loaded kitchen is situated next to the dining area. The home includes 3 spacious bedrooms with cozy linens, ensuring restful nights after a day of exploration. Bathrooms are well-appointed with a walk-in shower as well as a shower tub. And you can't forget to check out the fully fenced yard for your fur baby!



    OPEN LIVING: This home is a single story. The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for the first 2-3 days of your stay.



    THE LAYOUT: This home has a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout. .

    Primary Bedroom 1 with Full Bathroom: A queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

    Bedroom 2: A queen bed

    Bedroom 3: Twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed.

    Guest Bathroom: Located in hallway between bedroom 2 and 3. Has a shower/tub combo.



    LAUNDRY: We offer a stackable washer and dryer inside the home. Starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.



    THE PROXIMITY: The property is located just a couple of minutes from the heart of Downtown St. Augustine for guests wishing to explore the city’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 15-20 minute walk, a quick bike ride or short drive of the front door! To name a few: The St. Augustine Lighthouse, The Alligator Farm, Mojo's Tacos, Creative Juices, Gypsy Cab Co, Fresh Market, The Village Garden Food Truck Park, Surf Station and Linen and Waves (shopping), antiques and furniture stores, and you're just a stones throw from the very heart of downtown St. Augustine. To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 45 minutes best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is less than 8 minutes from Publix grocery store.



    PARKING: Parking is available in the driveway. Please do not park at the street.



    AMENITIES: Fido friendly, Wood burning fire pit, BBQ grill. Electric Golf Cart available for an additional fee. Outdoor shower. Washer and dryer. Pack and play. Linens and towels. Fully loaded kitchen with supplies. Ample parking. The TV's are Smart TVs, so simply login to your streaming accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.

    BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. The closest beach access is at the St. Augustine beach pier, 5 minutes away. This home is situated near non-drivable beaches. You can drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent, Matanzas, Washington State Park, or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.



    ELECTRIC GOLF CART: We are thrilled to offer this rare and highly coveted private amenity to you through this home and this home alone! Our electric golf cart can take you anywhere in a 20 mile radius with ease! Park your cars and head to the beach or dinner downtown or grab groceries without ever having to move your car again! The golf cart is equipped with extra space for beach gear or groceries and goes up to 30 mph. Please inquire with us on nightly rate. Full payment for the golf cart and the rental home and a signed release waiver is required for the golf cart keys to be accessed.



    *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage ((EXCLUDES the golf cart)). You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces and garaage.

    The Davis Shores neighborhood is a residential one but surrounded by lots of amazing local mom and pop stores and restaurants! The proximity to downtown and the views as you walk over the bridge are unbeatable! Walk to all of our favorite local spots: Black Fly Restaurant, The World-Famous Conch House Restaurant, Osprey Tacos, Mojo's Tacos, Gas Restaurant, Grower's Alliance Coffee, Llama Restaurant, Whetstone Chocolates, Yoga Studios, Mellow Mushroom, and MUCH more! You are just 2 minutes (1.3 Miles) from The St. Augustine Amphitheater, Northeast Florida's premier concert venue! Farmer's Markets are also held here on Saturdays. This home is a stone's throw from the Alligator Farm, Lighthouse Park, and Anastasia State Park! Bike rentals are available in the area, and we'd love to connect you with a local vendor who will even deliver/pickup right to our home!



    Getting Around:

    You can walk to quite a bit in the area but we do recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

Very clean and updated. Quick ride to all the historical places. Walk to mini golf (in the back yard a little noisy)and gator park. About a 2 mile walk to downtown, we drove.
