Beautiful home, very spacious and clean. However, there were a few bugs in several of the bedrooms. Jessica (owner) was wonderful to work with, we will definitely book again!

We booked this house because it was big enough for the entire family and was close to the Old Town. My son got married in the Old town and we didn’t went to get stuck in traffic coming or going to it.What a nice house! My son in law broke his foot and was in a cast so it was great having a downstairs Master suite. Also, the Game Room was a source of entertainment for many hours with the grandkids. The heated pool and spa were nice on a few of the days where it would not have been warm enough to swim otherwise.The location was great. It was close to downtown (10 minutes), the beach was walking distance away, and grocery store was also very close.

2025 Family Vacation

Amazing!! This will be the best house you ever vacation in for kitchen setup and utensils as well as bedroom space. The new pool area is first class. Three very good local restaurants nearby.

Casa del Sol

My family and I stayed at Casa del Sol mid June and it was an amazing time. Jessica was an amazing host. She responded quickly and was very helpful and kind. The kids loved the pool and the bunk beds. We really enjoyed the pool as well and had plenty of room in the house. The beach was just a 7 minute walk and the beach was great. I would recommend this house to everyone. It’s definitely worth it.

Perfect family vacation!!

Our stay at Casa del Sol was wonderful. The house and amenities were amazing!! We ranged in ages from 2 to 70 and there was always something to do!! Jessica was always so helpful answering any questions on how to operate something or recommendations on things to do in St. Augustine. She always had a very quick response time, which was super helpful. The beach and river were so close and not crowded. The golf cart was perfect for hauling beach supplies back and forth! Our kids used the kayaks in the river and bike riding in the neighborhood. Our favorites at the house was the beautiful pool and hot tub, and the mini golf and axe throwing!! Wow! I just can’t say enough about how well equipped everything was and clean. Everything worked and was beautiful!! I would recommend renting this property without hesitation!!!!

Family Vacation

Home was the same as listing. In good condition and was very clean. Home owner provided a lot of extra things from paper towels to starter coffee supplies, etc…. Great communication from the home owner from the start to finish. Had an issue with one bathroom and she fixed it in a timely manner. Beautiful property with an amazing host made the vacation. We will be back again.

Amazing house and location

The new look was amazing. Kids basically lived in the back yard if we weren’t taking to golf cart to the beach or down by the river. We had an amazing time.

Christmas with family

Great. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Close to st Augustine downtown. Good food Great activities for the kiddos at house. They lived the put put.

Fantastic family time

We stayed over for a long weekend to go see the St Augustine lights. We had an amazing and relaxing time! The house is spacious and it has everything we needed. There was enough space for groups to break off and also for all to hang together. Beds are comfortable, furniture is cozy. House was impeccable. Locations was great, easy to get to town and to beach. We loved it!

Large family birthday week together.

The perfect home for all ages. Located at the beach and the river. A Back yard for everyone to enjoy together. Privacy space if desirable and large family meal space. The grandbabies loved the golf cart and their parents enjoyed the bikes. Absolutely best family vacation ever!

Delightful

We had a lovely time staying in this wonderfully equipped home. Bedrooms were comfy and amenities were perfect. Highly recommend :) Also--the beach was gorgeous and all of our kiddos had the time of their lives playing in the big waves! The whole process went smoothly and the owner was very kind and helpful. Don't hesitate...You will enjoy your time here!

Family gathering

Casa del Sol is an absolute gem! The back patio is beautifully shaded, full of comfy chairs, a picnic table with a huge umbrella, and many outdoor games. We spent our mornings and evenings sipping coffee, enjoying the sounds of the birds, and having cocktails. The house is fully stocked with so many extras! Not only is the beach a three block walk from the house, but it is essentially all yours! Well worth getting up extra early to see the sunrise. We are already planning our next gathering! Jessica, thank you so much for making our stay so easy!

Extended family trip

Great location with beach access at the end of the street. Well-appointed kitchen. Jessica, the host, was very responsive and helpful. Our group, ranging in age from 11 months to 78 years enjoyed our stay!

Loved Casa Del Sol

We had a family wedding in St Augustine this past Friday. 11 Adults and 1 child. The house was perfect! It had everything we needed. The beds were great. So close to the beach and great great restaurants. Jess was great to work with. She always responded very quickly. We will be back when we can really enjoy everything!

Our stay was excellent and Jessica is a friendly and attentive host! This is a very family friendly rental. The home is immaculately maintained and we appreciated how well stocked the home was with games, recreational equipment, and kitchen needs. This is a good one!

Great house

Casa del Sol is a large house, nicely decorated, well stocked, and in a convenient location. We were impressed with all aspects including the amenities and attentiveness of the host. We had a wonderful time with the family assembled for grandma's birthday and much of that was due to how well this house worked for both the adults and small children in our party. It has my highest recommendation.

Awesome house! Great location! Well thought out set up of all of the rooms and kitchen was stocked better than any other rental I've been in! Great thoughtful touches like a personalized welcome sign; free shell collection containers; coffee bar complete with beans to grind and a full selection of k-cups, along with coffee syrups; access and usage of a beach wagon, beach chairs, sun tent, beach toys, kayaks, etc; full bag of charcoal to use; tons of kid equipment and toys, etc. Jess and her family really make you feel welcome! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when the time permits! You can easily walk to the beach or the river and it's a very short drive to Publix and downtown St Augustine! The bedding, towels and decor were top notch!

Wonderful vacation rental!!

The photos of this home are amazing and it is even better in person! All the beds were very comfortable and everyone slept late everyday, including the kids! A huge plus for kids is that the house is loaded with toys and games. We also had a blast on the putting green outside. I have to say that this is our favorite vacation rental that we have ever stayed at. If you are reading this, trust me and book this place!!!

Spring Break Multi-Family Vacation

We booked Casa Del Sol for a 3-generation Spring Break family reunion. The property and host were incredible. Jess was very attentive to my questions prior to the trip. I didn't have to reach out at all during our trip as everything was perfect. The owners haven't missed a detail! The location of the property was perfect as well. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach to see sunrise and the river to see sunset. We will most definitely be back!

Very Smooth

I have stayed at a number of VRBOs and Casa del Sol did not disappoint. Jessica does a fantastic job of managing the property and also gave us some tips on what to do while on vacation. I highly recommend Casa del Sol.
