  • Bienvenido a 1st Street Retreat II Beach House, una casa de playa recientemente renovada con 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, un garaje para 2 autos, un patio pavimentado y cercado que admite perros 🐶. A 1 cuadra de la playa, a poca distancia de los mejores restaurantes, como Famous Taco Shop, que está justo al lado, Beachcomber y Mango Mangos, que está a 1 cuadra, Obies, Café Eleven, Sunset Grill y Saltlife. Y a un corto paseo de los mejores helados en la playa CONE HEADS, que también prepara helados para perros.

    En el interior podrá disfrutar de la decoración playera, cocina amplia, WIFI y televisión por cable.

    El primer piso tiene 2 dormitorios de invitados, ambos con camas tamaño queen y un baño completo para compartir

    El segundo piso, que tiene la opción de alquilar por sí mismo, cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama king size, baño principal con plato de ducha, bañera separada y tocador doble, cocina, sala de estar, comedor y terraza.

    El retiro exterior ha pavimentado cercado en el patio, ducha al aire libre, mesa y sillas y una barbacoa.

    NO SE PERMITEN GATOS, SI UN GATO ES DE FOU D, LOS INQUILINOS SERÁN EVICTOS SIN REEMBOLSO.

Great location, within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, surf shop and beach! Great living space with a big sectional sofa and dining table. Very clean, and everything you could need was provided.

The property was very convenient to beach access and was centrally located to many restaurants in the area. Only a short drive to historic downtown St Augustine. Nice house for multiple people as we had three couples and it was in if enough for us all to enjoy.

We loved our stay. The house was super clean, close to the beach, and within easy walking distance to several eateries. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus! Perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway.

This is my favorite rental in St Augustine beach. Perfect location, well stocked kitchen, beach items, toiletries, and a wagon to get it all to the beach. Even board games for rainy days. All this and only steps to the beach. (With my favorite travel companion-my black Lab).

We love staying at this house! It is dog friendly and in the perfect location for St. Augustine Beach. The host is very attentive. We had a minor issue and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic! Can’t wait to plan for our next trip here.

Family Spring Break Trip

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Lisa's property. It was clean, well stocked, and had a great location. I was very thankful for the beach gear to use and the proximity of multiple places to eat.

Third Visit to Beach Retreat

This was our third visit and it feels just like home. We love the whole area, lots to eat nearby, beautiful beach, the outdoor space at the house is perfect and being able to bring our pups is the best. Thanks for another great stay!

Great house and location!

This was the perfect spot for us, with great food spots nearby and easy access to the beach. House is lovely and has great spaces to hang out with a small group of friends, and beds were very comfortable. We are hoping to return with our dogs soon!

Lisa is welcoming and extremely thoughtful as to her guests needs. Her home is equipped with all you might need and more. The house is lovely, and the location…all you have to do is walk! The beach, the restaurants, all there. We are already planning our return!Thanks Lisa!

Host Lisa is fantastic. She is excellent at quick and accurate communication anytime. She is extremely welcoming. The home is in excellent condition and so close to everything the beach has to offer. She is a unique host as she is so welcoming to your dog as well as to you!

Great stay half a block from the beach

Great house, cozy and feels like home. Impeccably equipped with dishes, cookware, towels and blankets. Great location about a block from the beach plenty of restaurants within walking distance.great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Great Home

Owners were a pleasure to meet and speak with and always available. The home was fantastic and updated so nicely. The location was convenient and close to everything nice about St Augustine beach.

A relaxing Retreat 😃

Everything was great. The beach and many restaurants where in walking distance! You can here the waves rolling in to the shore from the property.

St Augustine

The property was lovely and the host had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. They even had extras like beach chairs, beach towels, and toys. It was a short walk across the street to the beach and there are many food options nearby.
