oh. my. gosh. This is THE most awesome little spot for St. Augustine. It is located right behind St. George St, so right in the heart of the action. We had the 3rd floor apartment. It was very cute, with a separate bed and living area, a little kitchen, and a balcony off the side. Because there are only 3 units it was quiet (although you can hear noise from the street, which is expected).
The unit comes with parking but be aware, it's a bit of a hike to the parking garage (at the visitor's center). So when you get there, park in the front on the sidewalk, unload your stuff, and grab the parking pass and get your space. Per the host, parking can be an issue as the day goes on but we got in at 4pmish on a Friday and had no issues with parking.
It is a 10 minute, half mile walk to the parking garage, so just keep that in mind if you are traveling with someone who may have mobility issues, or if you're traveling during bad weather. At the worst you could uber it there/back for very cheap. We were there during good weather and it was not an issue for us getting there/back and we never had an issue finding parking (We were only there 1 day to be fair).
All in all, you cannot get a better location in St. Augustine. I certainly look forward to staying at this location again in the future.
