We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was very clean, kitchen was so well stocked with all the equipment you need and some! Lovely little private courtyard, which I imagine will be a big bonus in the warmer months. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very well heated and had a constant hot water supply. We had a very comfortable family stay in this apartment and would certainly return.

We had a wonderful time in St. Andrews. The townhouse was great! Everything was as advertised - great location right in the heart of downtown and the house was in great shape and very comfortable for the four of us. I would also say that Linda was extremely responsive both leading up to and through the stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great St. Andrews experience.

Fantastic Home in a Great Location

The property was exactly as listed, more than enough space for a group of 6 (3 couples) and in a superb location right in the middle of the town. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting St. Andrews!

Lovely accommodations near the Old Course

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean with all amenities supplied. Entry instructions were clear and easy to follow. Good for a family or a small group of golfers. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing St. Andrews Home!

This home has everything that you need for a stay in Saint Andrews and truly could not have a better location. It's within walking distance to everything that you need. Linda was a wonderful host and always available if we needed anything. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Stylish, comfortable, perfectly located

What a wonderful stay in St. Andrews. We felt warmly welcomed, starting with a note from our hosts and the thoughtful treats they left for us. It felt like friends had said, “We’ll be away next week, we’d love for you to use our townhouse.” The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We’ll be back!

Great location!

The property felt very welcoming and comfortable upon arrival. Close to Market Street and within short walking distance to some important destinations, the location was ideal and easy to access. The interior is very detail orientated and everything felt at its place. The layout is compact, but the three floors are a great way of creating space (for a small to medium sized family). We really enjoyed our stay in St Andrews!

Great location and

The location for this rental is perfect for exploring St. Andrews. The townhome is well appointed, and though we were only two people, this home would readily accommodate four or five people. A short walk to the University, Castle, Abbey and golf course. Excellent shower, easy to use washer and dryer, and lovely back patio. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful host

Linda was a wonderful host. She was very kind and accommodating. She responded to my phone call and emails right away and helped us with questions we had. Her house instructions were thorough and easy to follow which made our stay very comfortable. Even though the apartment is right in town, it was perfectly quiet and peaceful for a good sleep at night. The location was ideal and my husband could walk to the Old Course for his golf time. Overall we would highly recommend this place.

New Go To Place

This was our third trip to Saint Andrews and our first day in this property. I won’t be staying anywhere else next time I go. Whether you’re there to golf or sightsee this apartment is phenomenal with an even better location. You are literally in the heart of what is Saint Andrews and no more than a five minute walk from just about anywhere you wanna go. If this apartment is available on your dates, book it fast.

Ideal location for everything you need

We loved our short stay at this property. Parked the car and never needed it again over the 5 days. The house was over 3 floors and is very well maintained. All the bathrooms and kitchen were very high spec. Although the lounge dining room was a bit narrow we still had plenty of room to sit about. Definitely recommend this property.
