Wonderful romantic getaway

We arrived in a very windy winter storm, the host called on our way to make sure we were aware of when the road would no longer be salted/city maintained. We made it in fine. The cabin was very quaint and quite cozy. The WiFi was down due to the storm but that just made it all the better as we were looking for a getaway from it all. We saw 5 deer in the pasture in front of cabin. The hot tub was excellent. Ample space heaters to supplement the split unit. Everything we needed to prepare meals. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get away from it all. The only time you realize there’s other cabins is driving in… the trees are a wonderful barrier making you feel as though you’re on the property alone.

Couples getaway!

This cabin was cozy clean and perfect. Love the hot tub . Very clean! Lots of deer and big flocks of turkeys!!! We got lucky and had an amazing day in the cabin with snow. Very warm and great wifi service. Very private as the cabin has beautiful Christmas trees around it. Cant wait to visit again next year!!!!

Quiet Respite

This was just the relaxing experience my best friend and I needed. The cabin was so clean and quaint. We felt so comfortable here. There were plenty of heating options for the cold nights. I regret that we didn’t get to use the hot tub, but neither my best friend nor I was brave enough to get in it with the cold weather over the weekend. We still had a great time putting puzzles together, singing, cooking, and best of all being away from our phones. It was such a great atmosphere and we will be coming again.

Wonderful cabin

Great little cabin

The cabin was perfect for a couple to visit little Switzerland. Not to far from town or the blue ridge parkway. If you are on a motorcycle the gravel road is not to bad , it had rained hard one day washing some rutts in road. But not to bad. Cabin had everything you could want. Kitchen had pots and pans , cups and a dishwasher. Also a bbq pit outside. Hot tub was perfect, just turn the temperature up when you first get there.

Overall cabin was in great condition. There were a few things that were a concern. There were large ants mostly dead, some alive in the bedroom and on and in the bed. We had to sweep up all the dead bugs when we arrived. Our first day there was gunfire going on, off and on thru the day. We were afraid to venture away from the cabin and explore the property not knowing where the gunfire was coming from and where they may be shooting at. The bed is worn out and needs to be replaced. On the front porch there were abundance of wasps that appeared to be making a nest up against the house.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had the best time staying in this cozy cabin! It was a very cold weekend, but the cabin was plenty warm and the hot tub felt amazing! It was very clean and the property managers were great with communication. Definitely recommend!
