"Lovely little cottage with a variety of goats, chickens, turkeys, and peacocks. Kim offered two bags of feed to hand out to the animals. Wifey and daughter loved it. Kim and husband were very responsive to our communications. We didn’t take in much of the area, we traveled for business. Nice mall and restaurants within driving distance, Roanoke about 15-20 minutes away. Overall it was a nice, cozy stay."

"There were five of us staying at the home all over 60. The home was perfect for us. Very clean. One is in a wheelchair and was able to move around easily. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Unfortunately, the power was out half of our stay because of the hurricane but the house was still comfortable with many windows we could open and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy during the day.
