"This stay was exceptional! My family and I stayed here the weekend of my wedding and it accommodated us beautifully. We had 14 guests, so all beds were full , and everyone was gushing about the house. Even the couple who slept on the pull out couch said it was super comfortable! Wehad our too dogs also loved the house!"

"I believe this is our 4th time returning to this home. It’s everyone’s favorite spot for our annual Galena trip. The only negative is I wish I could bring my dog. So many positives! It’s a perfect house for hosting a big group. We love hanging out on the beautiful deck, Willi’s bar, the open kitchen, and hot tub! "

"Well maintained house. Furnishing were comfortable. House was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. This house offered a hot tub. Also a screened in porch with a fire table which made a cozy place to sit and have coffee. Basement had pool table, darts, shuffle board and air hockey table plus other games. Kids loved the basement area. "

"We had an excellent stay. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with beautiful, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, wrap around deck, and a horse stable next door. The house is built with every detail in mind.The owners are kind and friendly, with quick response to questions. We used Galena Winery Tours for a fun day, went to downtown Galena for a ghost tour, and saw the Halloween parade. "

"I booked this house for trip with girlfriends and it worked out perfectly! The house is perfect for a big group of friends or family. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen has everything anyone could need. We really enjoyed hanging out in the living room, the view of the river is beautiful. We also loved the hot tub! The owner was very communicative and provided suggestions for local restaurants. We are excited to make this an annual event and look forward to renting this house again! "
