"This was a quiet area with great location. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and they even had a crock pot. The dining room table worked out great for family style cooking. The living room was very cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. The outdoor privacy fence was great although back yard is not well kept. We ended up having to pick up several piles of dog waste from previous tenants. Having two bathrooms was great although the water pressure isn't the best and in the smaller...

"What an amazing home...it's was very comfortable and super convenient with 4 bedrooms, with 3 of these with full baths. The two living areas was super too when we had to divide up for various "hangouts"...but the true treasure was the back porch...just spectacular....so big with lots of comfy seating. My son loved the huge backyard with the tire swing. Owner was very attentive in checking in to make sure all was well during our stay...thank you so much !"

"Jennifer, the home host, is outstanding in her communication! The home was well stocked, clean, and close to all things Franklin! They are attentive in every detail. The fenced in backyard was perfect as well! Loved that the property was pet friendly – we were traveling with our 12 year-old lab!"

"Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood! My family loved everything about this property. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and featured a comfortable king bed for a good night of slumber. The kitchen was well equipped and so pleasant to work in and sit at the bar to eat and visit. Our favorite was the sunroom and the ping pong! Location was perfect for our family close to grocery store, and Franklin shopping. Heather and Josh were great hosts both available and responsive! So thankful for...

"This woody retreat was such a nice change from some of the sterile places we have stayed in. The walls are covered in fun, colorful artwork. The main living area is comfy and bright with a woody view. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Hosts left some goodies, which was a really nice touch. Four nice bedrooms and a great TV area equipped with a pool table and space to play games and enjoy family. Definitely had a feel of being in the mountains. Not far from downtown Franklin where we found...
