"Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. "The staff were lovelylovely powerless. Ibdid not have heating in my building. The staff could not help with the non existent heating, provide a heater or alternative room. However I was refunded, but this did not compensate the inconvenience caused.on my second night I didn't sleep because there were very noisy drunk German students having a party until 3AM. I was forced to find alternative accommodation for my third night as the staff informed me that she couldn't guarantee it would be quiet...

"It’s our second time staying at the Doubletree in Brighton. Whilst our room was great, large, and had a huge bed, it did unfortunately stink of stale cigarettes. I don’t think the room should have been assigned to guests unless it had been aired for a few days. In saying that, I know that this hotel is usually perfection so wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Breakfast was amazing and in a beautiful room too."

"NON HA IL PARCHEGGIO IN LOCO COME DESCRITTO , E’ UN MULTIPIANO CONVENZIONATO MA LONTANO (CON VALIGE AL SEGUITO MOLTO SCOMODO). Hanno un parcheggio privato multipiano alle spalle molto comodo ma non convenzionato. Insomma se non fosse stato per la descrizione errata del parcheggio in loco, a parita’ di prezzo avrei scelto un albergo piu blasonato tipo hilton metropol. Per il resto devo dire che e’ sopra la media degli altri premier inn visitati da me. Aveva anche una guardia notturna al piano...

"This is a really great hotel and excellent value too. My room had a balcony overlooking the marina and the staff were all very welcoming and highly professional. I particularly like the decor in this place - even the corridors are cool. I've stayed in a few Malmaison places and they always give each location a particular character making each one a memorable experience. I checked in quite late and only just made last orders in the restaurant (by a few minutes) but no one tried to hurry me up...
