"The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. However I was refunded, but this did not compensate the inconvenience caused.on my second night I didn't sleep because there were very noisy drunk German students having a party until 3AM. I was forced to find alternative accommodation for my third night as the staff informed me that she couldn't guarantee it would be quiet...

"The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. There are some lovely period features in the property, but some of the paneling is actually wallpaper!"

"Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed, no check in desk or staff. Room was filthy and unclean , dirty sheets , blood on the curtains. No working light in the room. Broken bathroom and no flooring. Left immediately, contact hotel via WhatsApp , no response for hours. I have photos to document this , Warning do not ever stay here. They refused any accountability or refund. "
