    Please note: there are *NO* checkout "chores" at our units. Guest are encouraged to leave linens in a pile, maybe soak dirty dishes, doublecheck for their belongings and that's about it. Our great housekeepers take care of the rest.

    The apartment is part of a restored turn-of the-century south hill Home. Hardwood floors and big bay windows will make you feel at home in this pleasant one bedroom apartment.

Young guests above us were jumping a lot late at night and early in the morning but were very responsive when we knocked on their door. Grounds were well kept and staff very friendly. Apartment was spacious, clean and thoughtfully stocked!

Clean comfortable easy parking spacious apartment. Older home so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper or not used to upstairs guests. Tight neighborhood so we kept the shades down for privacy.

Recently stayed three nights at this lovely property.The location was excellent for our purposes, allowing us to walk to restaurants and walk all over the South Hill. We found the beds comfy, the kitchen well stocked and the atmosphere peaceful.Meeting the sweet manager was a bonus.We will come back!

Nice space, just didn’t feel comfortable opening windows and shades with the house so close next-door. Very walkable area. Wish there were some more silverware plates and bowls. Overall very comfortable, quiet.

Kitchen was minimally equipped but had what we needed. It was clean and had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations. It is an older building and could be maintained maybe a little better. But it suited our needs. Parking is okay. I did have to contact the owner to have them clear the spot designated for our unit but it only took five minutes. It had limited sources for heat so it was a bit chilly at first. For the price it was a good value.

Enjoyable location

The apartment was as described and in the perfect location for our trip. Just a few blocks from Manito Park and close to a lot of restaurants. I highly recommend!

Parking was a bit tricky due to other cars parked at this property but it was nice to be in a covered parking area. We would have appreciated some written directions on use of tv. Everything else was wonderful and owner communicated quickly when we had questions. We LOVED the location and kitchen was well supplied.

Great neighborhood

Average quality and clean, in a very nice neighborhood. Good bakery nearby, also near beautiful Manitou Park. Best for a couple, as secondary sleeping spots are on floor mattress or uncomfortable sofa bed . Good on-site parking.

Comfortable & Convenient

Traveled in to the big city from Coeur d' Alene, ID, to catch a show at Northern Quest Casino. Pete's place was perfect for our one night stay. A quick uber ride to a tasty dinner and then the show. The king size bed was super comfy and the check in and out times allowed us not to feel rushed. Would definitely recommend this spot if you need a place to crash in Spokane.

Great little apartment

The place was comfortable and quiet. Though it's supposed to be smoke free, the couches were permeated in the stale nicotine smell so someone broke the rules. Other than that, place was great.

Just a couple little things comparing with other VRBO's..... only 1 end table livingroom which my husband used. I had to set my drinks on floor & make sure not to spill. I suggest a coffee tablecin frontvof one of the couchs. Bedroom had no chest of drawers to store clothes, so we stacked them on closet shelf. Luggage rack in bedroom would have been nice too. I would definately stay again & recommend to friends. Very convenient to downtown.

Nice place

The place was really cold because of the below zero temps, but I finally got it heated up and all was good. Property manager was great to deal with.
