"The apartment was a perfect home base for a busy weekend! It was such a cute space—spotlessly clean, and having a full kitchen with a fridge was great! The small desk in the bedroom was perfect for getting a few things done on my laptop. It’s an older home, so there may not be as many outlets as you expect. Next time we’ll bring an extension cord! "The host cleverly omitted from the listing that the property is right next to the railway track, where a train crosses almost every 10 mins and most of the times it's 2 trains at one time, which makes it very noisy. It is next to the master bedroom. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn't even sleep properly for 1 night. Very bad experience. The bedframe in the master bedroom is wobly and not stable, so if one person turns, the bed moves disturbing the other person's sleep. The parking lot is...

"Property was good, we had a good stay. Old house so expect lots of creeks. Not far from the spokane arena. Over all we had a good stay for our kids wrestling tournament. "

"Clean room, couch & chair looks nothing like picture (well worn). Deodorizers faded to reveal former smoking damage one day in. Being in a basement studio warrants hearing noises and footsteps from above at odd hours. Bed is clean and comfortable and I managed to sleep well regardless. If you like city hiking the location is decent. Otherwise, this is a good last-minute booking, though I would look elsewhere for peace, quiet and smoke-free lodging."

"After driving for 3 days, I arrived to the rental and was initially impressed. It was clean, cute, ‘ spacious. Then we noticed water leaking from the portable AC unit; that wasn’t pictured in the photos when I made my rental selection. That thing was so loud too. It took a few hours for everything to get resolved & for the host to agree to cancel & refund my reservation. "
