"There were no instructions to work the heat and they wouldn’t stay on so we were cold most of the time. We were told there was only one flight of stairs but there were two with a landing making one of our people have to stay elsewhere and making it hard on our other disabled people to get up. "We arrived when there was a pretty good snow storm. Salt was laid down for safety and the hot top was super hot and so wonderful to sit in while enjoying the snow storm. There is a propane fire place that made for an extra cozy feel and made the room that much more enjoyable. Host was great even when he himself was on vacation , he still returned my messages in his earliest convenience "
