Amazing spot

Stayed for a business trip. Such a cool unit. So quiet. Nice outdoor deck and common walkways. Ample free street parking. Walkable neighborhood with restaurants and bars and a farmers market across the street (seasonal). Will definitely stay here again. So much better than a hotel.

Great Little Tiny Home community

We stayed at this property in between moving apartments with our 2 cats. Close to bus stops, restaurants and stores. Close street parking, safe area. Overall amazing stay.

Enjoyed walks in the beautiful old neighborhood. Having an EV charging was a bonus! Unfortunately did not get sign in codes etc. until we were traveling on day of stay and it was only by email not text. We had to find a Starbucks with wifi to get the email. This could be improved by getting email day before or get a text on the day of.

Perfect stay - has all you need and great management

We were intrigued by the small space and it more than met all our needs! We cooked in, were pleasantly surprised by how clean, well stocked and efficient it is - the laundry takes a little longer but at least it has it - every other aspect exceeded our expectations. Management very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay

My daughter was touring Gonzaga and we wanted to be close. This location was perfect; the neighborhood was safe and cute. The parking was easy (street parking) and there were several good places to eat in walking distance. The studio was very clean and the property manager was fantastic! We requested an early check in and we’re able to get it. I would recommend this location and I will stay there again.

I loved everything! The location, the cleanliness of the space, and how well-thought-out the space was with every detail taken care of, were greatly appreciated. An adorable get away

I really enjoyed my stay here. Finding parking was a little difficult at first but I ended up getting a nice spot in the back. The room itself was very nice, they make great use of the small space. The bathroom was gorgeous and I really enjoyed that the rooms were energy conscious. I did struggle with the door quite a bit, another guest had to help me figure out how to open it but I think it's just related to the cold weather making the locks swell. You have to pull the door back before you can push it open. My dogs made some noise and the owner was very kind and understanding about it. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends and family ❤️

Great location, hip digs!

Loved our stay. The bed was so comfy, the neighborhood very cute and safe, the bathroom surprisingly large, and decorations were super cute. Seamless check-in/out, quiet even though in a "complex" type setting. Will visit again!
