"Amazing hotel staff so helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff work so hard and always smiling, very good with our children. Superb menu choices. Thanks also go to Jack (Jack of all trades). "Lovely home from home feeling when you walk into The Regal, great location and good value for money!"

"Room was lovely. Very clean and very friendly staff. Perfect location for seeing the bigger Blackpool illuminations lights at the north end of Blackpool and still close to the trams for going into the town centre."

"I wanted a proper British b n b abd this ticked all the boxes It was located just a short walk to the tram It had street parking The room was small but it was all we needed just a place to sleep and shower The owners were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic so much choice If you want a true British b n b this is your place"

"Very poor standard hotel very very dated but staff are very good and helpful"

"Terrible. It looked like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a dead fly in room 277. The staff were extremely rude. Lack of communication and they did not acknowledge the payment through the online check-in. I demand better quality to the owner of this outrageous hotel. Please save your money and do not come to this hotel."
