"Really nice stay apart from twin bedroom was far to small, really found it hard to breath. and out of breath walking up and down stairs three lifts and only 1 working people said they have been waiting for parts for over a week and the 1 that was working didn’t go to our room we were on the other side. If we were told the lift was broken we would have cancelled. So very disappointed The Steff were all unbelievable couldn’t do enough for you. "

"The rooms were and always are spotless. Silvia and her marvellous team are just beautiful, they are so efficient and kind.The hotel is 5 minutes from the tram stop which is petfect and the breakfasts are varied and delicious. Absolutely reccomended, see you again in 2026 x"

"The minute we walked into check in..Andy was the first member of staff we saw...he couldnt do enough to make us feel welcome over our 4day stay ..hes an excellent credit to mardi gras hotel n bar..our room was clean spotless very comfortable 👌 amenities was excellent too ..on site home made food 😋 👌 entertaintment was amazing 👏 had the best time all staff r courteous very friendly n just carnt do enough for you ...making the stay warm n welcoming..definitely recomend to family friends ..in...

"Clean room, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast the owner was lovely and found me safe parking space at the back of the hotel for just £7 which was really worth it for overnight stay Only stayed one night but was a comfortable stay definitely recommend "
