"Lovely clean& comfortable hotel with everything you need & more. Very friendly, helpful staff and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We would be happy to stay again."

"Perfect stay"

"This was a nice B&B with comfortable, clean bedrooms, friendly staff and in a good location. They don't offer a cooked breakfast but there were plenty of cold options."

"I arrived very early but communicated with staff at the hotel and was able to access the room before check in time to drop bags and refresh after a drive. I was very grateful for that! Location is very central. Room was basic but had everything I required for one night. I'd stay here again. Very good value."

"A nice place to stay in a convenient location - easy access to several of Blackpool’s attractions + bars and food outlets in abundance within walking distance - the staff made us feel very welcome."

"Parking very helpful. Nice full breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful"

"The place was clean, close enough for all the attractions, I only booked for me so I didn’t need a huge room so I just got a single, plenty of space for me. Shame the derelict buildings on central drive around the corner but of course that's no fault of the hotel. Host very friendly and helpful. Good for people on a budget. Would stay again"

"We had a standard double but room tiny and hot . Bed not comfortable and pillows hard"

"This hotel is nothing like the photos it advertised, they are very poor, we booked a double room that only just fit a double bed in, the door opened straight to the bed so we had to squeeze in to then close the door to be able to move around the room, if there was a fire there was no fire escape plan or route on the back of the door. The bathroom looked like it had been done up, but the shower cubicle was extremely small, and if you are of the larger size you would not fit in it. On the morning...
