Great house! Clean, comfortable, and perfect for groups. AC worked great and the lake access was excellent.Outdoor upkeep needs work: we found raccoon scat around the patio, fire pit, and pool area, and the grill setup felt neglected. Pool was fine, but the lake was the real highlight.WiFi didn’t work at all, and Vacasa support was unhelpful. Please don’t list it as an amenity if it’s not reliable. Also, a proper trail to the lake would help avoid thorny stickers and fire ants.Overall, a fun stay with lots of potential. With some outdoor improvements and working WiFi, this could be a truly amazing spot.

Overall it was a great property. It was very beautiful and a great place for a get away. There were a few flaws. 1. We had no internet as the one we were provided kept saying there was no internet at the time. And the other one we were suggested to try kept saying incorrect password. 2. There were tons is little needles throughout the property so I suggest walking with some boots and inspecting clothing before going back into the house.

Great yard and view

The land and outdoor area was great but needed to be mowed. Pool was cloudy. None of the indoor tvs would work. Upstairs a/c seemed to be struggling and from the looks of the access that was on a high living room wall being super dusty, I would imagine the filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time.Overall it worked for what we needed it to but seemed overpriced for what we got
