Holidays in Specchia
Nice house with friendly oweners. Everything was fine and correct. Thanks for the bottle of wine and the cookies.We enjoyed it. The table and seats on the terrace are very wobly. But thats the only thing I have to say.

Una vacanza con nonna Pietrina
Una location rurale e di altri tempi, pulita e ordinata, che ci ha fatto assaporare anche questo lato del Salento. Siamo stati proprio bene!

Accueil et localisation très bien ; Beaucoup de photos du site plus à jour ; Propreté limite Transats et salon de jardin à renouveler ; Manque Wifi, micro-ondes, aspirateur ; Equipements cuisine à revoir : vaisselle ébréchée, casseroles vieilles voire absentes; Quelques investissements semblent nécessaires.

Sul sito è specificato che non c'è WiFi aspirapolvere e microonde, le sdraio sono dello scorso anno e i piatti scheggiati fanno parte volutamente dell'arredamento. In più noi vi abbiamo detto all'arrivo, che se manca qualcosa si può integrare. Più di così non so che dire. Grazie mille comunque. Dimenticavo, vi ho dato in uso gratuito tre bici, anche se un po' datate ma efficienti ( con camera d'aria e pneumatici nuovi), ne avete lasciata una girata e non mi avete nemmeno avvisato o ringraziato.

Ein schöner Urlaub in Specchia
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Häuschen sehr genossen! Specchia ist ein wunderschöner Ort und die Lage des Häuschens perfekt! Maria und Tommaso waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Danke nochmal für die leckeren, lokalen Köstlichkeiten! Klara, Christian und Nicola

Ciao, possiamo solo essere d'accordo con le recensioni precedenti. La casa vacanza è fatta con tanto amore. Come famiglia di 6 persone, ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo sempre con Tonmaso e la sua famiglia. Tommaso e la sua famiglia si impegnano molto e sono incredibilmente cordiali e accomodanti. Se avevi domande, hanno risposto in brevissimo tempo e ti hanno aiutato ulteriormente. Grazie ancora per le due settimane di vacanza. Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza rilassante. Molte grazie e cordiali saluti Lisa e famiglia. Hello, we can only agree with the previous reviews. The holiday home is made with a lot of love. As a family of 6, we felt very comfortable and would always book with Tonmaso and his family. Tommaso and his family try very hard and are incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you had questions, they answered within a very short time and helped further. Das ferienhaus ist mit sehr sehr viel liebe gemacht. Wir haben uns als Familie mit 6 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder bei Tonmaso und seiner Familie buchen. Tommaso und seine Familie sind sehr bemüht und unglaublich freundlich und zu vorkommend. Wenn man fragen hatte, wurde innerhalb kürzerster Zeit geantwortet und weiter geholfen. Wir bedanken und noch mal herzlich für die zwei Wochen Urlaub. Wir hatten einen schönen Erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen dank und viele Grüße Lisa mit Familie.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane ad Agosto; la casa è carina e confortevole e si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico di Specchia. Tommaso e Maria sono delle persone davvero disponibili ed adorabili . Consiglio davvero il soggiorno presso la loro struttura!!!

Perfekt Lage & wunderschönen in einem der schönsten Dörfer Apuliens
Wundervolle unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Perfekte Ankunft und Schlüssel Über- und Abgabe. Wein, Früchte und Gemüse aus dem Garten als Willkommensgeschenk. Wunderbar🙏 Tolle typisch apulische Unterkunft für max. 4 Pax. Klein und fein und urgemütlich. Alles notwendige vorhanden. 5 Min. Zu Fuss ins Dorfzentrum, herrliche Restaurants, Kleine Läden, Metzgerei, Früchte, Gemüse etc. - dennoch ganz ruhig gelegen. Wir können Tomaso & Maria und die Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen….! Herrlich gelegen, ruhig, am unteren Dorfrand, dem alten historischen Dorfkern… herzlichen Dank für Alles…!

Beautiful house, perfect hosts
After a very uncomplicated and friendly conversation it turned out, we can book spontaniously the same day, so we arrived quite late in the evening. Nevertheless we got a really warm welcome by Tommaso and his son Fernando. They gave us guest presents like fruits from Tommasos own garden and traditional snacks from the area. The lovely house was a pleasure to stay in. We could feel that the family takes care of their house and garden with love and tradition. The whole family was taking care of us and made us feel comfortable. Even when we left, Maria and Fernando wanted to say bye personally. We felt really at home and had a wonderful time there. We would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Un ottimo soggiorno nell'affascinante Casa Pietrina del villaggio Specchia: Ho passato due settimane meravigliose in questo piccolo paradiso con i miei due cani. Maria e Tommaso sono padroni di casa molto accomodanti e gentili, e hanno reso il mio arrivo ancora molto più dolce con un frigorifero rifornito e un sacco di deliziosi prodotti locali. Casa Pietrina è un luogo tranquillo e idilliaco per rilassarsi. La vicinanza al bellissimo centro del paese di Specchia, con uno dei borgi più belli d’Italia, era qualcosa che mi piaceva molto durante le mie passeggiate serali. Specchia si trova anche in una posizione ideale per visitare le città di Otranto e Gallipoli e non è lontano dalle più belle spiagge di Pescoluse. Specchia è un punto di partenza ideale per scoprire la Puglia. Ho anche apprezzato la grande terrazza/giardino con un sacco di spazio privato, il parcheggio davanti alla casa e la posizione ai margini del villaggio con un giardino anteriore per portare a spasso i cani. Tutti dovrebbero essere stati a Casa Pietrina almeno una volta nella vita :-) Grazie 🙏 Mille Maria & Tommaso di 💜

Bellissima vacanza
Siamo stati benissimo! Bellissima vacanza in questa casa caratteristica, che è proprio come si vede dalle foto. Tutto curato nei dettagli e non manca nulla. Maria, la proprietaria, é molto disponibile e al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare bibite fresche in frigorifero e prodotti tipici della zona. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura se si cerca qualcosa di tipico e anche strategico se si vuole girare il Salento!

Bellissima vacanza presso casa pietrina
Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno presso questa struttura tipica, che è esattamente come si vede dalle foto, è situata in un posto strategico del salento, che permette di visitare molti luoghi stupendi percorrendo pochi km. All'arrivo i proprietari ci hanno fatto fatto trovare prodotti tipici, e ci hanno dato massima disponibilità per ogni esigenza. Consiglio a tutti la struttura e la cordialità dei proprietari

An amazing vacation in Puglia
Probably the best rental experience I have ever had. Tommaso called us before we arrived to see what time we would check-in. When we arrived he was waiting for us at the house. On the table there was a basket full of fresh vegetables from his garden, typical pasta and bread products from the area. His wife even left us some homemade orange marmalade. Such a welcome!!!! The house was clean and the furnishings were in local style. He was helpful in giving indications on where to go to eat. He even called us during our stay to see if we needed anything or had any questions. I absolutely loved the property and hope to go back next summer for a month. The town Speccia is a gem and the house is within walking distance from the main square.

Wunderschöne Ferien im Salento
Wir können uns unseren Vorrednern nur anschließen. Maria und Tommaso waren uns sehr liebevolle Gastgeber. Sie haben uns sogar zu einem wunderbaren Abendessen eingeladen. Wir wurden auch sehr gut versorgt mit Wein, Öl, Obst und Gemüse aus ihrem Garten. Wir hatten ein bisschen Pech mit dem Wetter und waren überrascht, wie kühl die Abende Mitte/Ende Mai in Süditalien sein können. Das Häuschen ist perfekt für den Sommerurlaub. Außerdem hatten wir viele schöne Begegnungen mit freundlichen, netten und hilfsbereiten Italienern. Italien ist immer wieder eine Reise wert. Vielen Dank an Maria und Tommaso für den schönen Urlaub und ihre Gastfreundschaft.

La casa è molto accogliente e arredata con gusto e rispetto delle tradizioni locali!
La casa si trova in un bellissimo borgo antico, raggiungibile a piedi, è immersa nel verde e nel silenzio! Il contesto esterno è molto curato e ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in Salento! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto cordiali, abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima accoglienza, al di sopra di tutte le nostre migliori aspettative!

Es war wunderbar, jederzeit wieder!
Tommaso und Mario waren super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir spätabends sehr freundlich empfangen. Eigener Wein, Olivenöl und regionale frische Produkte standen für uns bereit. Maria und Tommaso standen uns für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das liebevoll renovierte Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen; es hat alles, was man braucht. Ein Auto zum Erkunden der wunderschönen Umgebung ist notwendig. Wir genossen zwei perfekte Ferienwochen!

Gemütlich und authentisch - perfekte Unterkunft, um entspannt den Salento zu genießen
Hausgemachtes Olivenöl zur Ankunft, zwei Innenhöfe (einer mit Feuerstelle) in diesem urigen Steinhaus - stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, und gut ausgestattet - inmitten eines kleinen Gartens am Fuße eines uralten Dorfes mit verwinkelten Gassen. Urlaub bei Tommaso und Maria war so wie wir uns Entspannen in Süditalien vorgestellt haben. Auch unser 6 Monate alter Sohn hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Dazu die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Parfait!
Super accueil avec des produits locaux et des boissons fraîches à notre disposition dans le frigo. Très belle maison rénovée avec goût avec 2 patios très agréables. Les propriétaires sont charmants.

Liebevoll renoviertes Bauernhaus
Inmitten roter Erde, uralter Olivenbäume und blühendem Lavendel steht das alte, schön renovierte Bauernhaus. Tommaso begrüßt uns mit einem Korb regionaler Produkte. Er und seine Söhne stehen immer zur Verfügung, sind derart hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir erkunden Apulien, den Salento und kehren abends in unser Häuschen zurück, kochen, essen im Freien, waschen vor dem Haus ab. Unsere Tochter hat die Hängematte aufgespannt, wir genießen diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Danke Tommaso & danke Fernando!
