"Beautiful and clean! Easy to find, great location, easy check in and out and very roomy space! Everything you need is provided! Comfortable beds! Only thing I’d change is find an easier way to contact host with questions, such as direct texting. Otherwise, it’s call them, leave a message and wait for a call back. "Great stay. Loved the homemade bread and all the snacks. Plenty of towels. And so enjoyed the shopping cart with cereal. No far from ucf and super close to downtown eateries and pubs. Beds were comfortable and the showers are huge. Great neighborhood and super quiet at night. "

"Thank you for a wonderful stay. This gem of a guest house is in a perfect location in the Mills50 area of downtown Orlando. A perfectly cozy little home with comfortable beds and a welcoming environment. We look forward to staying again next time we are in Orlando!"

"The property was really nice and spacious. The team does great at communication. We arrived hours before check in and for just a small fee they let us check in early. The houses are well cleaned! I would forsure stay again and recommend this for anyone!"

"While there was some initial confusion over check-in procedures (which was rectified over multiple phone calls while en-route to the location from the airport, and could have easily been a fluke) the owner was very attentive to needs, quick to respond, and polite throughout the entire stay.If we were to travel to Florida again to the same area we would gladly use this property again."
