After seeing the prestige condition of his home, it was easy to understand his high expectations. Perfect place if you are looking for a quiet haven away from others. "Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend."

"An absolutely idyllic Maine lake home. Communication with our host was flawless and Kurt was very accommodating. Knowing that I intended to fish on Sebago, he thoughtfully supplied fishing tackle! The home is beautifully appointed with a modern kitchen, a wonderful master bath and very comfortable bedrooms. We were so comfortable. No detail was lacking. Highly recommend, especially for an autumn getaway."

"We rented both the Maine House and the Country House next door for our small wedding weekend! Our family and close friends all had space to stay. The rain held off for us to do our ceremony out on the lawn, and then we went inside for dinner and dancing in the big room. It was perfect. The house has its quirks and it’s definitely a big old summer camp that could use a little maintenance, but it turned out really cute and exactly what we needed. "

"Very casual about check in they live next to the main Office and have kids so may be next door. Just key the radio on counter. We got there early and were given a good fishing place to try out before we came back. The last day we got directions to a local lake that is a short walk down a logging road. Like having a whole valley with a lake in the middle to yourself. We didn’t see a soul the whole time and it’s a good size lake. The description about out being off grid is dead on, 12 bolt lights...

"We had a wonderful stay, it is a very special spot. The property is as advertised. The host was available if needed. We hope to return and stay again!"

"The house was beautiful and in a great location. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was labeled makingnit easy to find and put away. The beds were comfortable. There wa plenty of seating for meals. The stairs to the lake are well-maintained an has benches at every landing should you need to rest. The boats, paddles, and PFDs were in good condition. Overall it was a great stay. "

"The lighthouse is such a wonderful place to stay. The property is secluded enough to be quiet and private, yet a short drive to great restaurants and many activities. The hosts were quick to respond to any question we had. They went above and beyond on amenities - anything we needed was there. We really enjoyed the fire at night and being tucked away in the woods let us see more stars than I have ever witnessed. We highly recommend this property "
