"Parking was slightly sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Proximity to metro (Sherbrooke) and restaurants (Bistrot La Fabrique!!!) was fantastic. The apartment was quiet and had all the accoutrements we needed. Only downside: 4th floor walk-up, which is only a problem if you're exhausted at the end of a long day in beautiful Montreal!"

The only complaint I have is that the 8-digit code for the building door is a hassle. After you enter the first few digits, it starts showing "invalid pin entered," but you have to keep putting it in... Also, there is a club on the same street, so there are many young people outside on Friday and Saturday nights, but the apartment was...

"I had reserved this place for my parents for its practicality, thinking it would just be a comfortable place for them to sleep and shower while they spent most of their time out and about during the day. However, I found this apartment to be lacking in several key areas. It's small and at the top of several flights of stairs. This wouldn't normally be an issue in and of itself, but it would have been good to know. Inside, the bed is also quite small and the temperature is difficult to control....

"The condo was clean, nice bedding and excellent location. Very disappointed in communication with host. We could not find the hair dryer and one of the tvs had issues. Communication was quite delayed (20hrs) and never rectified….sent several follow-up messages, again no resolution….disappointing. There were also no hand towels and one facecloth in bathroom, annd no dish towels or sponges. Also, could hear other tenants, not well soundproofed. This rental could be a 5 with a few touches and...
