"The Saint Lofts is in a great location, and the apartment itself is a nice size with a good layout.
However, this unit shows clear signs of heavy use and could really benefit from more thorough maintenance and greater attention to detail. Some chairs are wobbly, and near the end of their lifespan, several light bulbs were burnt out, and there were noticeable cosmetic issues, such as chipped furniture, cigarette burns on the floors and furniture, and white paint splatters from touch-up work. "The apartment was fine, if a little careworn. The location is not ideal for sightseeing. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. If you do not have a car, you will need to use Uber to get around as the nearest Metro station is a 20 minute walk away. It is quiet, except for the car repair businesses across the street. The rooftop offers nice views. "

"Frank's condo was everything we could have asked for on our three-night trip to Montreal. Close to the metro station, as well as a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, the fourth-floor condo served as a comfortable and convenient home base for us. "We really enjoyed our 4-night stay in the Gatsby suite. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and very comfortable. "Very comfortable three bedroom flat. Everything as advertised, and would stay here again. The location was a nice middle area if looking to visit multiple parts of Montreal. Back spiral stair a little difficult in the winter months. Thank you to the host. "
