"The apartment was fine, if a little careworn. The location is not ideal for sightseeing. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. If you do not have a car, you will need to use Uber to get around as the nearest Metro station is a 20 minute walk away. It is quiet, except for the car repair businesses across the street. The rooftop offers nice views. "

"We really enjoyed our 4-night stay in the Gatsby suite. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked and very comfortable. Great location brimming with excellent restaurants, outdoor patios, cute cafés and eclectic shops. With the Metro station close-by, we were able to forego renting a car and took transit everywhere. "

"Frank's condo was everything we could have asked for on our three-night trip to Montreal. Close to the metro station, as well as a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, the fourth-floor condo served as a comfortable and convenient home base for us. We very much appreciated the designated parking space included in the rental price. When the wi-fi suddenly went down on our last night, Frank responded promptly with a solution. "The Saint Lofts is in a great location, and the apartment itself is a nice size with a good layout.
However, this unit shows clear signs of heavy use and could really benefit from more thorough maintenance and greater attention to detail. Some chairs are wobbly, and near the end of their lifespan, several light bulbs were burnt out, and there were noticeable cosmetic issues, such as chipped furniture, cigarette burns on the floors and furniture, and white paint splatters from touch-up work.
