"Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I plan to rent from this renter the next time I am in town. This is just an FYI if my issue happens to someone else. Please contact the renter right away with any issues. The only issue was the 1st night I arrived at 11:30 pm. The orginal apartment that I rented wasn't cleaned. "I rented this house with my husband, his sister, and her husband, to attend a special family event. This house was in a perfect location for us, and had plenty of room for both couples. It's beautiful finished and furnished, with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. And we loved that it was supplied with local soap and lotion, a bottle of wine, Easter flowers, and everything we needed for breakfast: bread, egg, bacon, coffee, and cream! Thank you, we look forward to staying with you again!"

"Our stay was to help our son who is moving to the area with home renovations. We didn't spend much time at the house other than coming home at the end of the day and cleaning up. It was nice that we could bring our dog, and we felt comfortable in the space with him. The weather was rainy, but the back porch looked like a great space to hang out if it had been nicer."

"WOW! A unique and beautiful apartment. Parking garage was a little bit up the street from the building but convenient with not much street parking. My only complaint was upon arrival and trying to depart someone actually parked right in front of the main entrance making it very tough to unload and load our vehicle. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are talking about when we can return!!"

"Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators...

"This was my first time staying at this property and I will definitely rent here again! The communication was amazing and I loved the fact that the owner sent me the nicest email the day of my check in with all the information I needed and restaurant recommendations.
