This condo was big! The furniture in the whole place was updated and nice! Great communication from the Property Management Company! We rented two condos on the island for this trip and this one did not disappoint!

We had a wonderful time! It was a great place to stay. If you’re looking for a more homey place like your own home this is it. It felt like we were at home the entire time. It was very clean a little outdated but it was perfect for our little family.

Absolutely loved staying here! It was close to the beach and the view of the pool was great! As soon as we walked it, it was so clean! Only downside is the outlets by both restrooms don’t work so we had to curl our hair facing the wall. Other than that, we’d stay here again!

Pictures and description showed 2 twins and a sleeper sofa were in the condo and it wasn't as described there was no sleeper sofa and only one full. The queen bed was broken and caving in. I had to repair the bed myself after sleeping on a broken bed the first night. There was no parking pass left for us. Contacted vacasa and was told some one would contact me. I never heard from anyone and spent hole weekend worrying my vehicle would be towed. Kitchen sink wouldn't drain, couldn't even use the dishwasher because it backed the sink up more. Faucet in kitchen sink was about to fall off. I could keep going bit there were more small things that all just added up to a not so great first experience with vbro / vacasa not to mention all of the hidden added fees at checkout online.

The Pros: The location of this condo in relation to the beach is great. Easy to walk out the front door and be at the ocean. The pool was fantastic! It had the sun all day, and was very well maintained. We spent our mornings in the pool before heading to the beach. Oh, and the condo patio was nice. We’d sit out there drink coffee in morning or cocktails in the evening. There is a smart TV that’s easy to use. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Cooked a lot of meals and had everything we needed. Major plus! The Cons: The condo itself was okayish. The furniture was pretty worn out. The beds and couch were not comfortable. When the weekend roll around and the other units were full, the complex was really noisy. I’m sure other locations on the island are like this but just something to note. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed for about 10 days and the condo it was good enough since we didn’t spend a lot of time there. Would have been nice to have better beds & a more comfortable couch for the amount of time we stayed. I give 5 stars to the pool & beach access. The unit and condo complex is 3. So the average is 4 stars.

The furniture is broken down and uncomfortable, the beds need new mattress, toilets are toddler height, bathroom vanities are old and deteriorated. The windows leak air so bad the wind moves the curtains. The only thing good about the unit is the location ,green space and owners and other travelers. Watch out for high fees!!!!!

Extremely disappointed in this unit for the amount of money we paid for a 5 week stay. The mattress is horrible, toilets are toddler height. Bathroom vanities are low and deteriorated. Bathroom fan was hanging and full of dust bunnies. Windows need replaced or very least sealed. Took 10 days to get kitchen light fixture working. Vacasa has some creative bookkeeping to justify fees to aid their profit margin. The location is good along with the green space owner and other travelers We will not be using Vacasa for any further rentals

Awesome place to stay and super affordable compared to other locations. The unit was clean from top to bottom. My family and I loved it. Only complaint (not that big of deal) was, the Interior temp never dipped below 75 degrees at night and 77 during the day. AC ran the whole stay but couldn't keep up and drop it to desired temp of 72. Not a big deal since we were never in the room and I was hammered drunk every night, so that made it easy to sleep. Thanks for a great time.

Upon arrival Unit was very hot. Lowered temp on AC, but it never cooled. TV had extremely bad reception. I called Vacasa Management and they called the on-site management company. Ezekiel promptly showed up but could not fix the AC; however he did repair the TV. He called in the AC technician which showed up at 8:35 PM. AC tech did a quick repair to last through the extent of our stay. We were told AC unit needed repairs which required owner approval. The unit was completely outdated. There were light bulbs missing throughout the unit. The master bedroom patio door did not have a lock, and the stick used to lock door had been taken. The curtains in both bedrooms were falling off the rods. Both bathroom commode's and countertops were extremely low. We felt like the giants. The furniture throughout was not very comfortable. We understood we had a certain time to keep the noise down. On all three nights we were there the noise factor in the pool area was extremely loud making it hard to sleep. You could practically hear every word they were saying. Ezekiel however did a great job in trying to help us out. He called back the next day to make sure the AC unit was still cooling. He also came out with light bulbs to replace what he could. All in all we enjoyed the island and we will definitely be back again. Next time we will research the condo In more detail.

The booking of this condo is deceiving 1. Says it has a washer/ dryer it doesn't it has a shared one that you need pay for 2. A/C need work doesn't blow air in master room and blow below 77 degrees 3. Place needs paint job 4. New curtains in both rooms cuz we couldn't sleep past 9am cuz all the morning light comes thru . 5. Dish washer needs work Now we loved the pool the distance from the beach and we loved that the property was very quiet overall trip an 8

Great place to stay. It was close to everything. Pool was clean and never very crowded. Although we never got a parking pass, we had no issues with parking at the complex. Pool closes at 10 but there were people in till after midnight. Would definitely stay there again,

Condo was great, rooms were clean, and everything went according to plan. Tile floors help keep it cool and make it easy to sweep up any sand brought in. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and overall we had a great time. We had two small kids as well which was nice to have the pool just steps away (the pool actually looks as good and as clean as in the picture).....would recommend for any person or family. Thanks!!
