    Stay directly on the beach at La International in this fully remodeled & largest possible sq feet 1-bedroom corner unit with a private balcony and ocean views. Located in one of the most walkable and fun areas of South Padre Island, you’re steps from the sand and right next to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar (closes early, so no late-night noise). This larger-than-standard unit offers more space, a clean modern interior all tile floors, and easy access to the pool, heated spa, and beach—perfect for couples or small families looking for a simple, beachfront stay.



    The Space:

    This is a true beachfront complex—walk out of the building and you are immediately on the sand. You cannot get closer to the water than at International



    The unit is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, offering a quieter setting while still being close to everything.



    This is a larger corner unit (approx. +120 sq ft vs standard units), giving you more room to spread out compared to most 1-bedroom condos on the island. Largest at International

    Living Room: Sleeper sofa + airbed



    Max occupancy: 6 guests

    (Best suited for 4–5 guests for comfort)



    If you plan to use the sleeper sofa or airbed, please bring additional bedding or stop by our office prior to 5pm on check-in day and we can provide it.

    Enjoy access to all the fantastic amenities La International has to offer! You'll have direct access to the beach – just step outside and you're on the sand. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool (seasonal) or relax in the large hot tub, open year-round. The pool area faces west, perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun. Inside your condo, you'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. You'll also have access to the elevator, making it easy to get to your third-floor unit. Please note that the pool and jacuzzi are open from 9 AM to 9 PM.



    The Neighborhood:

    Nestled in the heart of South Padre Island, our beachfront condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Step outside and you're immediately on the sandy shores, with the lively Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill just steps away—ideal for a casual meal or enjoying live music (though they close early, ensuring a peaceful night). Within a short walk, you'll find various dining options, from fresh seafood to casual eateries. Explore local shops for souvenirs or beach essentials. The area is known for its walkability and friendly atmosphere, making it easy to stroll to nearby attractions or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Everything you need for a memorable family vacation is right at your fingertips.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around South Padre Island is easy! You'll find convenient options for your stay. Free parking is included for one vehicle, and additional street parking is available on Gulf Boulevard. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), about a 30-minute drive away. While South Padre Island is very walkable, consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for longer distances. Public transportation is limited, so having a car or utilizing ride-sharing services is recommended for exploring the island and surrounding areas. Remember, golf carts are considered vehicles and count towards parking limits.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A key code will be provided on the day of check-in, typically by 3 PM, to the phone number on file. A signed rental agreement and a photo ID are required before your arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old unless otherwise arranged, and the maximum occupancy of 6 guests includes infants. One parking space is included, with additional street parking available. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. The pool and hot tub are open from 9 AM to 9 PM. No BBQs are permitted on the patio or in the pool area (charcoal grills are allowed on the beach). For stays in March, a mandatory HOA wristband is required for guests aged 10-35 (approximately $25 per person). At check-out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it, and take the trash out to the dumpster. A starter pack of essential supplies is provided, and we do not replenish them. We are here to help, so feel free to message us with any questions!
