"We stayed at the hotel for one night before a trip to Alton Towers. The staff were really really welcoming and friendly throughout the stay. The room was bright clean and tidy and well maintained. The breakfast was a buffet style and there were plenty of options on offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in the area."

"What an excellent property we found! 12 of us stayed for mum's 65th birthday. Welcomed to the smell of mulled wine & mince pies. Nicely decorated for Christmas throughout. Fantastic, peaceful location. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. No need to take anything other than clothes, the property had everything needed. Owners were fantastic. Great communction beforehand. Would definitely return again."

"This was my second time at Best Western. First experience was very pleasant. But second time, not so much. Avoid room Nº1 at all cost, as it is very noisy, because so close to reception. People constantly passing by and door to reception slamming."

As a solo traveler i felt safe. Parking the only issue due to its proximity to Trentham Garden, restaurants & shops. People openly parking in hotel parking spaces & walking over to the shops. "

Its nice to have iron, ironing board, trouser press, hairdryer and fan. Unfortunately the pillows are a bit inadequate. Provided with 3 very flat, very warn pillows for a double room for two people. "Fantastic little cottage and the attention to details was great!!! The owners supplied milk, coffee, tea and chocolate chip muffins which were very much welcomed after a long drive. Location was brilliant and very close to Alton Towers (5 mins drive) and the suggested walks around the area were very relaxing. All in all we had a fantastic and relaxing time staying in this cottage. Definitely will be back and recommend to family and friends."
