"Room was exactly as pictured and very clean. Check in process was a breeze and the complementary valet parking was an awesome perk! Host was very responsive and checked in multiple times. Property is far enough off the strip where it was not too noisy but within reasonable walking distance or super short uber or taxi ride. My only knock on this space was that the bed is not great and could definitely use replacement. "

"Very close to the strip and a little over a mile from Allegiant Stadium. The house is cozy, has towels, and Mike was very responsive for my needs. The pool and lazy river is very nice as well. "

This is the first time we rented and we knew we would not have a view of the Bellagio fountains. We were barely in the room anyway. The owner replied quickly to questions. The unit was comfortable but not luxurious- not expected anyway. The pros: location! Free parking, very reasonable rates, kitchen, access to Cosmopolitan "
