The suite was exactly as described, with a well appointed kitchen and an ice maker in the freezer. Score!! Plenty of hangers in the closets, which I appreciate. :) The best part of staying at Rafael’s property was the communication. His response time is unmatched compared to other rentals I have stayed in. He was very helpful and supportive for our entire stay. I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. 2 bathrooms was a nice bonus. Balcony was spacious. We loved the view of the ever changing sphere. The mgm pool access was an awesome bonus! We were close to a lot of the attractions we went to. We walked mostly everywhere with a couple short uber trips in between.

Consider this a Vegas hack! Why stay at a pricey hotel without a refrigerator or a coffee maker or any of the conveniences of home... And spend extra money on on eating out all the time... When you could stay at this wonderful one-bedroom condo that has a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator, two separate full bathrooms, and a comfortable living room and balcony. The bed is surprisingly comfortable as well. The only things I would say to be mindful of is there is not access to a washer and dryer that you might see in other units YouTube videos. I'm not sure if we could have asked and had access. Also it's on a lower floor and overlooks the party pool. So if you're going on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday just know you're going to hear the pool music thumping until it closes around 6 or 7. But there were kids staying in the room next to us and you couldn't hear them at all through the walls. Just when they are out in the hallway. Also it is like a a 4 to 5 minute walk on the internal walkway to get to the casino but that is a really small price to pay to be basically right on the Las Vegas strip with all the amenities it has. Also, it has access to all of the pools including the ones at the signature plus the the ones at the MGM. We found the quiet adult pool and that made it fantastic. So with all that said, I will 100% stay here again. The host was very informative and communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed.

The suite was clean when we arrived and the host was very accommodating with our booking. Great location as not as far to walk to the strip, tram and pool. Love the set up of full bedroom bath, double vanity and additional bath with shower off living area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony was enjoyable for a moment of peace here and there. Would absolutely stay again.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. I booked a stay here in February for a trip in December, he contacted me a couple of days prior to our arrival with check in info so there was no worries about anything. When we walked in, it was very clean, spacious and welcoming. A chair on the balcony would have been great, but it was fine. I will definitely book here again, it was very convenient to everything!

This residence is perfectly located and had everything we needed. Great unit for kids and the owner really bent over backwards to help accommodate my requests promptly and thoroughly. Great proximity to several Vegas features including the monorail.

Perfect!

We were in town for a conference at the MGM Grand. We needed a one bedroom with a space for a friend who stayed with us and this was perfect! It was so convenient to be in Tower 1 for the walk to the arena, etc. And perfect place to get away from the smoke and hustle and bustle. Rafael was a great host and always got back to me quickly with any questions or needs we had. The suite was well supplied. We are planning to stay again as it was perfect! Thank you Rafael!

Just came back from a 4 night stay. Communication with Rafael was on point and answered all our questions thru out the stay. Condo was very clean and the view is amazing. The view from the balcony gives you the MGM Lazy River and with an extra bonus listening to the music from Palm Tree Beach Club with views of the same. The view from the bedroom gives you the Sphere which is amazing at night. Not to mention the phenomal Valet Service and Bellman that help us with our needs. The amenities were a plus and didn't have to leave the resort if we didn't want to. I had a wonderful 50th birthday and Seen Coldplay on top of this. Thank You so much and we definitely be renting again and telling all my friends about this amazing place you have to offer.

Overnight stay for concert

I love staying at the MGM Signature. Great location, but not the craziness of a casino, but yet attached so you can conveniently walk to the MGM, bit go back to the peacefulness of a regular hotel. Love that it had 2 bathrooms.

VRBO standards need review

Signature Towers is a great location, but the room needed a deep clean. Carpets and furniture are stained. The bathroom faucet did not work. The chair upholstery was ripped. No patio chairs. The kitchen was not stocked - no baking pan for the oven. One garbage bag for 7 days, no cleaning products, a layer of dust on all surfaces. This was our first VRBO experience. I will rent directly through the hotel next time.

Family Stay Review: Signature at MGM 1BR Balcony Suite

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a 1-bedroom balcony suite at the Signature at MGM, and it was an incredible experience for our family.From the outset, our host Rafael Perry was exceptional. He was responsive and attentive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made a difference.The suite itself was immaculate upon our arrival. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and it was well-appointed with all the amenities we could ask for. The check-in process was straightforward and efficient, which made our arrival stress-free.One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the MGM Lazy River. Our kids had an absolute blast enjoying the pool, and it was a fantastic way for the family to unwind together. Having access to the MGM facilities added great value to our trip.Overall, our stay at the Signature at MGM was fantastic. The combination of a beautiful room, great service, and family-friendly amenities made for a memorable getaway. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Las Vegas!
