Gracais por su comentario, en Hotels.com se menciona que el hotel va a cobrar el Resort Fee cuando llegue al hotel. Todos los hoteles cobran Resort Fees. Disculpa por la confucion.

Our cancellation policy clearly states that you have 7 days prior to your arrival date to cancel with full refund. We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions as we are a resort located in the Sierra Mountains and snow is a very common occurrence . If you would like to call us directly we would love to discuss further and answer any questions you might have!

Hi Adam, we are happy you enjoyed your stay. We do have a daily resort fee of 39.27 that is not a cleaning fee but an amenity fee. We always strive to give our guests the most up to date information.
