Private Waterfront House, Scenic Sunset Views

  • Welcome to a private waterfront property with unobstructed views of summer sunsets. The property is located on a secluded, dead end street and located on one of RI's nicest ponds, with water access to the ocean and less than a mile away from one of the State's best beaches.

    - The backyard leads to a private dock, which is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing (2 kayaks and fishing rods available to renters).
    - The house includes an outdoor grill, picnic table, fire pit, cornhole and croquet set for guest use.
    - Indoor activities: Ping-pong, foosball, board games and dartboard. The main living areas (kitchen, dining room and great room) have been fully renovated (2022). The house sleeps 8 and has private parking for 6 cars (including 2 garage parking spaces). >Property is within 2 miles of a half-dozen restaurant/diner/take-out locations (incl. Dunkin' Donuts) and a National Wildlife Refuge.

The setting of this property could not have been better. The views were amazing!We were here at a very quiet time of the year so it was perfect for us, very serene. The kitchen was well equipped so cooking in was easy. The only challenge we had was the heat was figuring out how to adjust it so as not to be too hot or too cold.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and very clean. The garage where the game tables are was a disappointment definitely needs some work. Also a beach pass would be nice.

Great Location

We enjoyed are stay on Green Hill Pond. Easy access with our boat to the ocean beach. Fun crabbing off the dock. Would love to go back again.

Great place to unwind

I can’t say enough about this house the location is amazing the area is peaceful and quiet the pond is amazing there are all kinds of marine life from blue crabs to tiny shrimp, perfect for kayaking ,house was immaculate and it seems like the owners go above and beyond,we have stayed at other great properties but it seemed like more things were supplied and at a higher level

So relaxing

Our trip was with 6 women for girls weekend!! The house was great. Plenty of beds, plenty of room to not feel crowded and we stayed on the deck crabbing. We would definitely come back again.

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful house with fhe most amazing views!!! The dock was wonderful and it was great to have 2 kayaks to use! The views from the 2nd floor deck are amazing... Inside was spacious and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house for families

We had 2 families with kids stay at this property and everyone loved it! The kayaks and croquet were a huge hit. The water view was the highlight, we loved watching geese, swans, and boaters out on the water. We had everything we needed and looking forward to staying there again!

A thanksgiving to remember!

We had the most wonderful time staying at the home for thanksgiving! Truly everything about the home is incredible. The space is clean and bright and perfect for a family. Paul was so attentive and the check in was a breeze. We cannot wait to return in the summer to really enjoy the outdoors!

The Perfect Summer Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our family! The house, dock & views are absolutely stunning, especially when the family of swans are out feeding on the Pond. The locations was perfectly central for the activities we had planned. We especially appreciated the added kayaks, games, fire pit, etc that allowed us to make the most of our family time!

Fantastic waterfront property

The house is large and comfortably fit our family. The pond access and dock were great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Neighbors were friendly. We hope to rent this house again as it was perfect for our family vacation.

Fall getaway

My family and I were staying in the area for a wedding. This property is very beautiful. The house is very spacious. The pond views were wonderful. The house is very close to some wonderful restaurants. The owners were very helpful and quickly responded to questions. We really enjoyed staying here.

Peace and relaxation

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood off the beach path. Kayaked, biked, crabbed off the dock, could have stayed forever! House well equipped with all the essentials and then sone!
