"We stayed with a party of 9. 5 adults and 4 children. Four queen beds and an air mattress accommodated all of us. Property was clean and as described. Location is close driving distance to several beaches as well as Newport. Walk from the house to beach is a bit lengthy and straight down hill which makes for a more difficult up hill walk back. Nice area and nice home. I would recommend."

"The perfect house for our graduation weekend plans! James was so helpful and made my first time renting a house with VRBO easier. Plenty of space for me and my daughter and family/friends who joined us throughout our stay. The grill was an awesome convenience for a BBQ the first night of our visit. Kitchen is great and includes lots of supplies. So convenient to get to Newport for a day trip—which we did. Highly recommend for families spending time/visiting students at URI."
