Did not have a "great" stay as is suggested by VRBO, but it was good. Rental management company (Shores) did not tell me the unit # in any of their check in instructions and there were 5 units? The after hours phone number connected me to a person who knew nothing. In addition, there were absolutely no instructions other than the amount of allowed toilet paper and Kleenex you would be given, and instructions to empty the trash, run the dishwasher and get out promptly at check out. I received a text the next day after arrival and shared all of this with them and got no response. I later called and did speak to someone, and shared all of this, who asked me if I received an email about the unit. I said I did and none of the specifics about the unit were included. I was hombard d with emails about my rental prior to arrival and there were no home instructions or unit # included. Rep said there was some new system and blah blah blah. Unit was nice but totally on my own to figure things out. Upstairs visitors could be heard clomping around at all times of day/night because of thin walls and ceilings. Fortunately they were only there for a few days. Had this been constant I would have had a hard time sleeping upstairs, but since it was the slow season there weren't many people around. I would never stay here in summer when it's busy as it would be impossible to sleep.
