"I don't know if this property is newly remodeled but for a VRBO property it was in amazing shape and super clean. It was everything as advertised. If it was walking distance to town it would have been over the top. We would definitely stay again. I don't know if Kathy lives on her phone but she answered every email immediately. Maybe the most professionally run VRBO we ever visited. Thank you!!"

"We had a wonderful weekend getaway for our anniversary. This place is so charming and well kept and in a perfect location. We walked everywhere in South Haven and while at the cottage, swam in the pool, read books on the deck of the pool house, played ping pong in the pool house and had a fire each night out front. The beach is also right across the street. It was perfect."

"Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time."

"First, I want to compliment the host (John) who was very nice and great with communication before and during the whole trip. Second- the location was fantastic. It was the last house on a dead end right be the lake. I loved sitting on the covered porch swing and watching the boats. We could walk downtown (a couple blocks) or walk down to the Riverfront walk. "Loved this condo so much!! We had everything we needed in this condo for our family of 4 stay! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, plenty of drawer space, plenty of storage space too! We loved opening all the windows and listening to the waves of the lake especially at night while we slept! The little window in the bathroom was a lovely feature. Listening to the seagulls and the waves while you showered after a nice long day enjoying the beach and pool. We also loved the view from the condo....

"We spent about a week at this lake house and it was so nice how thoughtful the owners are with items they left from seasonings and coffee in the kitchen to endless games for rainy days and my kids absolutely loved the paddleboard and kayak! We did rent the pontoon which ran very smoothly and was a lovely way to see the lake. The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Todd was very easy to get ahold of and a great Host.i highly recommend staying here and hope to be back next year! "

"This property is located in the most ideal location with a park that leads down to the beach right across the street. After the beach return to a wonderfully heated pool that is easily accessible for the elderly and had many games for the younger crowd. In addition the host had put out a wonderful welcome basket with wine, cheese and chocolate which was a real treat. The interior is impeccably clean and has a pool table and foosball game. "We came down for family birthday party and stayed at this house/cottage. Ryan was very easy to work with. Easy in and out. Clean, quiet, good beds, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap provided as well as starter TP paper, Keurig coffee, and garbage bags. Would not hesitate to rent again! Rented the pontoon as well. Very nice and clean. Lake is easy to get around in. "
