• Open 365 Days a Year: Our 6-person private hot tub is located on the secluded second-story deck. It is professionally cleaned, and sanitized weekly usually on Thursdays so it is pristine and ready for you to enjoy.



🛑 STRICT HOUSE RULES & GUEST POLICIES

We want you to have an incredible stay, but to protect our beautiful home and maintain great relationships with our friendly neighbors, we strictly enforce the following policies. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms:



• PRIMARY BOOKER MUST BE 25+: The primary guest booking the home must be at least 25 years old, must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation, and must provide a copy of a valid government ID if requested.

• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Our maximum occupancy is strictly capped at 16 guests at all times. Unregistered day visitors or overnight guests are not permitted on the property without prior written approval from the host.

• NO SMOKING OR VAPING: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the house, on the decks, on the patio, or anywhere on the premises. Violation will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee and immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

• NO PETS ALLOWED: To keep our home pristine and entirely allergy-friendly for all future guests, we enforce a strict "no pets" policy. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $300 specialized sanitation fee and immediate removal from the property without a refund.

• NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LOUD GATHERINGS: Absolutely no commercial events or disruptive gatherings are permitted. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in compliance with South Haven city ordinances. Please bring the fun indoors after 10:00 PM.

• GOLF CART REQUIREMENTS: To operate the electric golf cart, drivers must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, provide proof of auto insurance, and sign our standard liability waiver prior to check-in.
