"For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided."

"We stayed here with friends for a youth sports tournament. The property was 15-25 minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. This was a great home-base, with plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the patio and gazebo in the morning for coffee and cocktails in the afternoon. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a great addition. "

"This house was amazing, the owner was very nice and helped us get checked in to the property seamlessly. Our family had to come in for a funeral and all the events took place in Chula Vista and this house was central to everything. There are gas stations, coffee spots, grocery stores, taco shops, and freeway access. The home was set up just right. I loved that there was lots of space to spread out. "This house was reasonably priced for a 7 night stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Having access to the washer/dryer was very helpful. The kitchen had basic pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, kitchen knives, etc. The only thing I needed in the kitchen was a nice sized mixing bowl. There were serving bowls that I was able to use. The Master bedroom and the suite with 2 bedrooms, a small living room and kitchenette was a little warm, better cooling is needed for those two rooms....
